        One of the basic assumptions of management accounting shows that costs increased and decreased activity level changes as appropriate. Cost sticky phenomenon is an alternative model for the behavior of costs, that play a role in decisions on resource management. The data sample included 71 firms listed in Tehran Stock Exchange for the period 1392-1387. The economic value of our organizational capital firms calculate quartile. Thus, companies that are in the first quarter, companies with low organization capital and companies that are in the fourth quartile companies with high organization capital.         This study examines the relationship between characteristics of organizational culture and organizational readiness to invest in the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidancedeals. Hypotheses based on five basic components of organizational culture model of Davi including "identity", "risk", "satisfaction", "award criteria" and "conflict-tolerant" is The research managers and personnel of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance  (approximately 750  patients) form. A sample of 256 subjects stratified random sampling method selected Morgan (total of 300 questionnaires were distributed). The study of the distribution of the sample and sampling, it was determined that the normal distribution and therefore parametric statistics were used to test the assumption.         The main goal of the current research was to provide an effective organizational capital model in the education organization of Kermanshah province. The present research method was qualitative and practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population included experts familiar with the subject of 20 experts who were purposefully selected and have valuable experiences in the field of educational management, and data were extracted from semi-structured interviews. The research tool was semi-structured interviews. For validity and reliability, face validity and agreement coefficient between coders were used. Also, to analyze the data, the systematic method of Strauss and Corbin with open coding, axial coding and selective coding was done. The findings showed that the causal factors included individual factors and organizational factors. The findings showed that the causal factors included individual factors and organizational factors. Also, intervening factors (political factors, economic factors and socio-cultural factors); Contextual (leadership and organizational vision, funding and facilities, innovation and creativity, human resource empowerment, information and communication technology and organizational learning); Strategies (research and development of knowledge management, understanding of individual and organization) and consequences were also included (origin of effectiveness of managers, organizational effectiveness and professional communication). Based on the results, it can be concluded that the model of effective organizational capital in the education and training organization is one of many factors and indicators, and considering the identification of some of them in this research, it is possible to act more effectively in the education and training system.         Measuring the collection of intellectual capital and intangible assets in value-oriented and defense organizations enables managers to discuss issues such as how to prioritize projects based on their importance, and how Estimate the costs of implementing projects for the next period. The main purpose of the research is to identify and investigate the relationship between the dimensions of intellectual capital in the form of designing a model for measuring the intellectual capital and intangible assets of the educational and research departments of defense organizations. In the first stage, the dimensions, components and indicators of the ideal model for measuring the intellectual capitals of Imam Hossein University were identified and then validated. Finally, prioritization, measurement, evaluation and analysis of the dimensions of intellectual capital were done and the relationship of each of the sub-branches of the four groups of capital, including human, organizational, social and communication, with intellectual capital was examined and confirmed and its effect coefficient was determined. Intellectual capital and intangible assets at Imam Hossein University got a score of 264.65 out of 100.           Background: In the new decade the resource of competitive advantage changed from tangible and hard assets to intangible and soft assets. Due to importance of intellectual capital and measurement of it in higher education systems practitioners of this system needs to know the main elements of intellectual capital and methods of measurement these elements. Purpose: Identifying the elements of intellectual capital helps the higher education managers system to improve the managing these assets effectively and more appropriately. This research tries to examine the intellectual capital measurement methods and deliver the practical and appropriate method according to three elements of Haman capital, organizational capital and relational capital for measuring these assets.         The increase in complexification of business competition, especially in pharmaceutical knowledge-based industries and organizations, has highlighted the role of invisible capital. In fact, the growth in the intensity of competition is accompanied by a parallel increase in the significance of invisible assets and a drastic reduction in the importance of physical capital. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of social, human and organizational assets on knowledge productivity in Iranian drug companies. The research population consisted of the nation-wide pharmaceutical industry and the research sample comprised sub-holding Drug Supply Companies (TPICO). The research data were collected using Human Capital Questionnaire (Sabramanyam & Yandt, 2005), Organizational Capital Questionnaire (Davenport & Prusak, 1998), Social Capital Questionnaire (Burt, 1992) and Knowledge Productivity Questionnaire (Gupta & Govindarajan, 2000). The findings verified the significant and positive impact of the three dimensions of invisible assets on the knowledge productivity in the pharmaceutical companies in Iran. Manuscript profile
