        This research to analyze the role of aligning organizational elements and operational plan as the main variables that affect the execution of strategy. This research is based on the result, developmental, based on objective, descriptive- explanatory, based on the type of data, quantitative .The strategy of the research on the quantitative method is Surveys, the Structural Modeling Equation (Partial Least Squares) . The results of the survey (SmartPLS), indicates that Since the t- values are higher than 1.96 in all structures and even higher than 2.58, So at a significance level of 0.01, with 99% can be confirmed to the accuracy relationship between all the model constructs of strategy implementation water and sewage company. R Squares values showed that the structures latent : alignment with 0.671 and functional elements 0.814 have strong structural model fitness and structures latent operational programs with 0.592, behavioral - structural factors with .633 have high average fitness and proportionality environmental factors with .352 has average fitness , therefore, it can be concluded that these structures have a very good and proper structural model fitness .         بر اساس شواهد موجود مواد پیزوالکتریک متخلخل، پتانسیل زیادی برای توسعه ساختارهای هوشمند (فعال) با مقاومت بالا، سختی بالا و وزن سبک از قبیل سرامیک ها و کامپوزیت ها را دارند. از جمله مواد سرامیکی با ترکیبات پیزوالکتریک متخلخل می توان بهLead-zirconate-titanate (PZT) ، Lead-titanate (PbTiO2)،Lead-zirconate (PbZrO3) ،Barium-titanate (BaTiO3)، Cadmium-selenide (CdSe) و غیرو اشاره نمود. این پژوهش، به استخراج معادلات دیفرانسیل با مشتقات جزیی حاکم بر رفتار ورق دایروی ساخته شده از یک ماده کریستال متقارن شش وجهی از کلاس 6mm متخلخل اشباع تخلیه نشده پیزوالکتریک در حالت تقارن محوری و پایدار می پردازد. تخلخل پذیری ورق دایروی در امتداد ضخامت آن تغییر می کند، لذا فرض می شود که خواص ماده بجز ضریب پواسون، بصورت توابع نمایی از متغیر محور z در مختصات استوانه ای باشد. بعلاوه رفتار پیزوترموالاستیک ورق دایروی تحت بارهای خارجی حرارتی، مکانیکی و الکتریکی مد نظر است که بر این اساس، مفاهیم مختلفی شامل تئوری الاستیسیته خطی سه بعدی و تئوری دی الکتریک، بصورت ترکیبی برای ایجاد یک مدل پیزوالکتریک خطی، بکار گرفته می شود. ویژگیهای صنعتی فوق العاده و خاص مواد پیزوالکتریک متخلخل، استفاده روزافزون از آنها و ضرورت آگاهی از رفتار این مواد، اهمیت این تحقیق را دو چندان می کند.         The Black-Scholes pricing theory is important ways of valuating transaction options. In this paper, a new method was developed to prove and improve the Black-Scholes equation by focusing on the Black-Scholes main Schrödinger equation and solving this equation using the NikkeuroOvaryov method. In the following, while investigating the possibility of improving the Black-Scholes equation with this method, a new equation for the pricing options was presented and tested. Increasing the accuracy of pricing arbitrary deals by using the equation provided, especially for high-value trades, logical solution in a new way, comparing output with numerical solution and innovating. Option based on Lagrange polynomial functions, the goals of doing research are present. The results showed a different positive probability for the Black-Scholes equation by solving the differential equation by the method Nikkirovo-Ovaryov is feasible and at 95% confidence level, there is no significant difference between the price of the two main black-hole groups and the new model.
