  This study examines the effect of modern communication technology on civil Dgyrshdgy Ardabil. The study population All citizens over 18 years living in the city of Ardabil are based on population and housing census of 1390 estimated number of 115,000 people. And based on a sample size of 384 was determined by Cochran and sampling using multi-stage cluster sampling was used. To collect data the researcher used a questionnaire made.
