        “Subject: Studying the status of urban parks for conservation of environment and presenting theappropriate managerial strategies” (Case study: Parks in Dist. 7 of Tehran) Objective: Studying thestatus of Tehran urban parks for conservation of environment.Management in the urban parks results in environmental indices promotion; Applying the appropriatemanagement provides the conservation of urban parks’ environment; The appropriate managementresults in reduction of environmental wastes in the urban parks. Sampling group: The sampling groupof this study is consisted of 52 parks available in Tehran municipality Dist. 7 including all experts,managers and personnel of Deputy of Urban Affairs and Green Space, generally the sample size is 123persons. Sample size: The sampling group of the research is consisted of 93 experts, managers andpersonnel of Deputy of Urban Affairs and Green Space, and 10 parks have been selected as samplerandomly out of 5 studies zones in Dist. 7. The data analysis method includes two descriptive andinferential parts which has been applied aiding SPSS software, that Pierson coefficient of correlationtests have been used in this research.The findings of this research indicated that the most correlation among the variables is as follows:Applying the appropriate management provides the conservation of urban parks’ environment; theappropriate management results in reduction of environmental wastes in the urban parks; Managementin the urban parks results in environmental indices promotion Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this research was to study the effects of four personal and social variables including the age, literacy, job experience and size of herd on different variables such as implementing of managerial strategies in transition period, relevant costs of these strategies, average production per head and gross income of milk sale per head. For this purpose all required information were collected through questionnaire distribution among the owners of commercial dairy farms of Shahroud district. This questionnaire was included three parts. Relevant information about personal and social indices was inserted in first part. Second part included of relevant information about performance and non-performance of considered managerial strategies in transition period and third part was about relevant information about production and economic records. Finally all information about 50 herds was obtained and compared as well. Data analysis was through applying Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) method. Also it was possible to specify any relation among independent and dependent variables through calculation of Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Finally it was revealed that social and personal factors have a significant effect on the implementation of management strategies and other independent factors. Manuscript profile

        The present study has identified and evaluated the factors affecting virtuous leadership in the units of Islamic Azad University of Tehran. Research method in terms of purpose, basic-applied in terms of data type, mixed (qualitative-quantitative); According to the research method, it is a survey. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the study consisted of experts, experts and knowledgeable about the virtuous leadership in Islamic Azad University of Tehran Branches. Purposeful non-random sampling was used to determine the samples of this study and to determine this group of experts. The second group of the study population consisted of 2522 faculty members of all units of Azad University in Tehran province. 350 people were selected according to Krejcie and Morgan table (1970) and initially by stratified sampling. Semi-structured interview tools and a researcher-made questionnaire were used for data collection. validity and reliability of the instruments were measured and verified. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part of theoretical coding was based on the data theoretic method. In the inferential and quantitative part to answer research questions, one-sample t-test and exploratory factor analysis were also used. The results of the present study showed that organizational commitment, organizational climate, and management strategies were identified as influential components of virtuous leadership. The status of the identified components in this study was evaluated favorably. Manuscript profile
