        The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and spiritual intelligence with the level of entrepreneurship of teachers of the literacy movement. The method of this research was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research is the statistical population of all the teachers of the Literacy Movement of Marivan city in the academic year of 2001-2014, numbering about 290 people. A statistical sample of 200 teachers was selected based on random sampling and Cochran's formula. The tools used in this research are the cultural intelligence questionnaire of Ang et al. (2007), the spiritual intelligence of Abdulzadeh (2018) and the entrepreneurial behavior in the resident organization (2019). Findings using the method of Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between cultural intelligence and the level of entrepreneurship of teachers of the literacy movement (p=0.032 and r=0.41). There is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and the level of entrepreneurship of teachers of the literacy movement (p=0.0001 and r=0.63). The variables of spiritual intelligence and cultural intelligence respectively predict teachers' entrepreneurship. Manuscript profile

        Since the formation of literacy movement for creating learning opportunity of adults till now significant improvement has been achieved in the direction of achieving considered aim. After 3 decades of activity of this organization regarding national experience and its interaction with international experiences there is the necessity of reviewing and engineering again in most of products and methods that are being used. This paper that has been done with analytic- descriptive method, has considered the role of literacy movement at cultural development of village of Guilan province. The required data of this research has been gained through documentation-field method. It was completed in order to determine the function of literacy movement at cultural development of Guilan province that based on census in 2006 it had more literate people. The independent variable is seemed literary research and dependent variable is cultural development of villages that for making relationship 15 items were determined and analyzed. The result of consideration shows that literacy movement during its activity could make people literate at villages and villagers after being literate their level of information and culture has been promoted , on the one hand in the view of doing religious duties, reading Quran, benefiting prophetic saying , it has had positive and significant changes. Also they have been more successful at verbal and auditory interaction and became interested in using books and simple journals. Putting women out of isolation and entering them into social- political area is the effect and blessing of literacy.  Especially they became more sensitive towards local, national phenomena, Islam's world and international phenomena.         Purpose: Providing non-textbooks for new literates is an effective strategy for continuing education and promoting literacy. For this purpose, it is necessary that these books must be compiled in accordance with literate’s demography and cultural traits. Hence, this research aims to study the effectiveness of non-textbooks from women literates' perspective. Methodology: To do this, 120 female new literates were randomly selected. To collect desire data, a researcher-made questionnaire including 5 components formal, content, execution, their effect on general and social information and reading and writing was distributed and completed. Findings: Results showed that new literates’ perspective is positive to the 5 components. So, the relationship between age and attitude to non-textbooks effectiveness was significant (0.29).  Also, the relationship between educational grades with attitude to non-textbooks effectiveness was significant (0.35). Conclusion: The non-textbooks can warranty continuing learning in women literates. Manuscript profile

        Present paper investigates the contents of the 11 easy to read books which are presented in the continuing education programs of Literacy Movement Organization of Tehran by content analysis method. The main purpose is to show the strength and the weak points of these books to the writers and experts of continuing education planning. The results show that the majority of these books (77%) are in coordination with the aims of continuing education programs. Manuscript profile
