        1 - Investigating and Extracting Elements of Organizational Wisdom and Evaluating It Using Fuzzy MCDM

        Wisdom is one of the most complex and broadest human concepts. This concept reflects the growth of intellectual power and the development of human behavior. Insight and experience do not necessarily indicate wisdom; the reason for the wisdom is that the manager can come up with the best possible solution by making the right decision. Making decisions is one of the most important steps that managers can make prudent and predictable decisions by acquiring the necessary knowledge, empowerment and understanding of the surrounding environment. The purpose of the research is applied and in terms of method, it is a descriptive-survey research. In order to prepare and formulate theoretical foundations, the study records are used in the library method. Data collection is also used to measure and identify indicators and evaluate the field method. In order to analyze the data, after identifying the dimensions and variables of organizational wisdom, this work done to eliminate the unrelated factors and also to categorize them with the help of the factor analysis. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire with 34 items and priority is also given to fuzzy AHP. The results show that the variables and factors of organizational wisdom in the industrial enterprises of Kermanshah are as follows: 1.learning (continuous), 2.thinking (system and wise), 3.values and ethical actions, 4.creativity and innovation and 5.intelligence (based on experience). Also, the level of organizational wisdom was 3.91 which was confirmed with 95% accuracy and the amounts of 5 factors were confirmed with 95% confidence. Finally, the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method was used to prioritize the factors of organizational wisdom. The order and priority of each of the five factors is as follows: 1) Learning (continuous) 2) Humor 3) Creativity and Innovation 4) Ethical values and actions 5) Priority-thinking (system and wisdom).
