This research was conducted with the aim of finding the magnetic field effect on changes in peroxidase enzyme activity, germination percentage, stem length and root growth of black locust seeds. The seed cultivation was done in 3 treatments (control, 4 millitesla and 8 millitesla) with 3 replications. 100 seeds were planted in each of the treatment containers, the sprouts were placed in the magnetic field for fifteen minutes in ten days and then the sprouts were counted. The rate of growth of root and stem was measured by a ruler and after that extraction was done. The obtained extract was placed in a centrifuge device and the peroxidase enzyme activity was calculated by a spectrophotometer in the light spectrum of 420 nm. LSD test was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the samples affected by the magnetic field regarding all four factors (percentage of germination, root and stem lengths (cm) and the enzyme activity level) with the control sample (p<0 /05). This confirmed that the buds created under the influence of the magnetic field had a higher physiological capacity. However, no significant difference was observed between the magnetic field of 4 and 8 millitesla (p>0.05). It is recommended for the germination of black locust species, which is one of the resistant and very important species in terms of physiological ability to create a green space, a magnetic field of 4 millitesla should be used. Genesis, classification and study of physicochemical, mineralogical and morphological properties of soils of kaftar region in the north of Fars province (Eghlid), was conducted. This region has xeric soil moisture regime and mesic soil temperature regime and its area is about 10,000 hectares. The mean annual rainfall and temperature were 508 mm and 12 degrees of Celsius, respectively. The main objectives of this investigation were study of physical, chemical and mineralogical properties of soils of the region, study of effective factors of formation and genesis of soils of the region and their classification and land suitability evaluation of land under cultivation of irrigated wheat, study of soil clay minerals and their effects on formation and genesis of soils of the region. Five physiographic units consist of five physiographic units, namely gravelly colluvial fans, Piedmont plains, Low lands, Mountains and Hills were identified. Topography and the underground water table changes were known as the most important factors of soil formation of this region. Entisols, Inceptisols, vertisols and Alfisols are four soil orders that have been found. Clay mineralogy studies showed the presence of chlorite, illite, smectite, interstratified minerals, and quartz (in clay size). Illite and chlorite have inheritance origin and are generally considered to be weatherable minerals and could be changed because of transformation reactions into interstratified minerals and smectite. The result for qualitative land suitabilities have been shown critical, unfit and fairly suitable for wheat cultivation Manuscript profile

The studied area is about 360 Km2. To study the clay minerals of Kordan's area the researcherchose samples from the surface of alluvial fan and the interpretation of XRD indicates thefollowing results : 1-The clay minerals of area are mostly Cholorite and Illite . 2-The kind of area'sCholorite is sedimentary.Which is the result of erosion pyroclastics (TUFF). The origin of thementioned cholorite is heredity. 3-In the downstream of Kordan basin due to the analysis ofCholorite, The amount of the Cholorite has been reduced and the amount of Illite has beenincreased. In such a way that in sample (B1) the amount of the cholorite was 60% and it reduced insample (SM2) to 41/4% and the amount of Illite increased from 35% to 58/6%. 4- The amount ofMontmorionite is little in Kordan .5- In this basin the amount of Fe +2 and Mg +2 is most abundantand the amount of K+ ions is a little. And the climate is dry and semi-dry. Manuscript profile

Leases are primarily concluded in the form of "mortgage or rent," in today common norm. Due to some legal objections govern on this type of contracts, jurists have raised suggestions including justification for the above contract in the form of conditions provided loans or conditions of loan and deposit on the rental contract. Among the solutions proposed in this regard, there is a method has been provided by some scholars such as Ayatollah Sistani and it will be remembered as a condition of sale and lease contracts. Meanwhile, the question that arises is about the legitimacy of this contract. What are the different forms of this type of contract? Can we attribute them to the accuracy of the transaction in all given forms? The authors also explain the various assumptions discussed in this study. Manuscript profile
