On the other hand, because people have intellect, authority, creativity, to improve the quality of life, always have better ideas, tools and methods to meet the needs. They enter social and economic life, and as a result, the requirements of the social and living environment change in each age and time, and the ideas, customs and traditions of the believers and the lifestyle of the believers are also affected by these changes. It penetrates into religious traditions and mixes religious traditions with heresies. Hence, in the history of Islam, Muslims have been faced with the requirements of the age and time with caution and sensitivity. For example, some Kharijites were of the opinion that one should adhere to the religiosity of the prophetic age, and any difference with that religiosity is considered heresy. Also, some Salafis considered the beliefs and traditions of the first three centuries as religious beliefs and traditions and fought against any new thing. Truth gives originality to new ideas and insights by linking new religious knowledge with religious teachings and teachings, so religious and jurisprudential modern thinking and its results can not be considered heresy. In this article, by gathering information with library tools and using descriptive and analytical research methods, the boundaries of heresy from religious and jurisprudential modernism have been obtained, and only those categories of heresies that contradict the indisputable religious teachings of the Islamic Ummah are heresies. Christianity emerged from the Strict Jewish religion and over time they gradually parted ways. The Early Church Fathers’ Writings confirm that the dimensions of orthodoxy were drew and considered other ideas as heresy. They saw their view as the only correct reading of Christianity that was consistent with the teachings of Jesus and the apostles, and emphasized the struggle against heretics. The advent of Christian rule in the fourth century increased the power of the church and narrowed the field to others. Until the last century, this belief that early Christianity did not have diversity and that the views of the Church of Rome were the only correct reading was accepted by scholars. But Walter Bauer, a scholar of early Christianity, criticized this theory in his book. He tried to reconsider the definition of early Christianity from a historical point of view, independent of the views of the Catholic Church, by presenting various evidences. According to his research, Christianity has been diverse from the beginning, and we are witnessing the existence of "types of Christianity." The Church of Rome did not tolerate them and tried to eradicate their other beliefs, which accelerated with the Christianization of the Roman Empire. Manuscript profile

Abstract: In today's world, the false satisfaction of human spirituality through false mysticism is expanding. The current research was conducted with the aim of jurisprudential investigation of false mysticism from the perspective of Imami jurisprudence. In this research, which was carried out with a descriptive-analytical method, along with the introduction of emerging mysticisms, jurisprudence and methods of dealing with these deviant currents were discussed. The findings of the research indicated that false mysticism is a way and method or a school that moves in a direction other than reaching true perfection by using mystical methods. Emerging false mysticisms with belief in manifestations of disbelief and atheism, such as dissolution, reincarnation, assignment, immorality, and some of the principles and branches of the holy religion of Islam, have arisen in conflict with the holy religion of Islam. False mysticism, unlike true mysticism with wrong methods, entertains people with worldly and imaginary affairs instead of reaching the truth of the world and God of existence. According to the famous opinion of the famous Imami jurists, there is no Shariah permission for the activity of false mystics. Also, the basics of fighting against false mysticism, "apostasy", and "heresy" are found in the Holy Qur'an and inspired by the life of the Great Prophet (pbuh) and the Imams (pbuh). AbstractOne of the major harms that Islam, like other divine religions, has faced is heresy. Therefore, in verses and hadiths, heresy has been repeatedly and clearly condemned and heretics have been condemned and denigrated. Although Islamic scholars have interpreted heresy as "our entry is not my religion in religion", there is no consensus among them on the criteria of heresy. Most Imami scholars have considered attributing something to religion without the existence of a religious document as heresy, but a group of Sunnis has considered everything that happened after the first three centuries of Islam as heresy. Therefore, the criterion of Shiism in this regard is qualitative and the criterion of Sunnis is quantitative (time). This practice in recognizing the tradition of heresy leads to differences of opinion of Islamic scholars on the scope of heresy and its examples. From the point of view of those who consider the events of the incident after the first three centuries as heresy, the scope of heresy is very wide and wide, but according to the view of a group that uses general evidence, Emerging issues are considered to have a religious document. The scope of heresy is limited. In this article, while explaining the concept of heresy, some of its criteria, arguments, and examples have been read analytically and comparatively. Manuscript profile
