  Paying attention to local patterns in achieving individual and organizational goals can change the situation. The Iranian Islamic model of progress (jihadi management) as a leadership style will be a practical strategy in achieving a dynamic organization. Of course, it should be noted that the existence of infrastructure can put any organization and management in this situation. The aim of the current research is to examine the relationship between jihadi management and the evolution of the administrative system, which seems necessary in today's changing conditions. This research is descriptive and has been done by survey method. The statistical population studied includes the managers of the general offices of Mazandaran province, which were 83 people. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. In this article, the results of the analysis showed that jihadi management can affect the transformation of the administrative and system in the general offices of Mazandaran province.
