Background and Objective: Freshwater scarcity is leading the world to research into the reuse and recycling of industrial wastewater. Material and Methodology: In this research, in order to improve the quality of the effluent of the treatment plant and the possibility of using it as a source of fire water, the effluent of the wastewater treatment plant of Gharb town was used as an analysis unit. On-site sampling and qualitative tests were performed on samples prepared in 20 liter containers in Tehran University Laboratory. In other words, the method of conducting the present study was laboratory. Data collection tools in this study consisted of pH meter, TDS meter, spectrophotometer DR5000, turbidimeter, and thermal reactor. Finding: This research investigates on Electro-Coagulation and Hydraulic Retention time and the way that it effects on treated wastewater Quality, for so, 9 samples with 20 liters’ plastic pot has been taken and examined in different contact time including 1, 2, 5, 10, 24, 48, 72 hours. The results show that all goals parameters (pH, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), Phosphate, chloride, Sulfate, total Hardness, Silica, suspended solid (SS), Iron (Fe) and Manganese (Mg) are in standard Range but there is in one sample the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) was not in standard Range. Also the experiment shows that all parameters concentration was decreased by time except Hardness and Sulfate which were increase. Also Biologic Parameters examined as well and they were on standard Range. Discussion and Conclusion: The results show that the treated wastewater Quality was in Standard Range till 72th hours and after this time due to rapid increasing of Sulfate and increasing of its smell it not suitable for use as water source in firefighting. Further more 9 other samples had been examined after using Electro-coagulation as an advanced treatment and disinfection aid fallowing by Sodium hypochlorite disinfection, the result shows that COD is decreased and all parameters got better for reuse, especially Biological parameters. The Islamic penalty code of 2012 considered the realization of the title of a Rebel subject to armed uprising and the use of guns. This article tries to cite the definitions and other statements of the jurists on this subject (despite the lack of an independent plan related to the aforementioned conditionality in the works of the jurists and as a result the difficulty of discovering their views), by referring to the Sharia evidence, including the verses of the Holy Quran and The narrations of Ahl al-Bayt (pbuh) should prove the theory of non-stipulation and thus, prove the distortion of the legislator's point of view in this field. The inaccuracy of making the crime dependent on the use of weapons becomes clearer when we consider the advancement of technology and today's facilities, and that it is possible to achieve the same results as weapon as the use of new tools and even with simple actions such as spreading lies in the cyber space. There is a huge ambiguity about Khayyâm's poem, thoughts and personalities in comparison with other poets in Persian literature. Attributing some incompatible pomes to him increases this ambiguity. Because of the close relationship that Khayyâm had with the court and the government, he was well aware of the issues and problems which deprived the society from the public stability.  The society in which Khayyam lived was the area of conflict and controversy of fanatics who rely on their opinions and they were followed by the acquisition of authority. In fact, the moral rules of society were based on the belief that the results were just arbitrary. Therefore, he used his quatrains as a manifest for his moral school and if we compare this school with the recent ones, we can find many similarities with the school of "originality of benefit". In his moral school, good or bad depend on its outcomes and how much enjoy they would bring. Khayyam was well aware of the importance and benefits of individual freedom in the progress of the society. Therefore, in his Rubaiyat, he was in research of breaking intellectual rigor atmosphere that had prevailed in society and tried to foster the tolerance spirit.  Manuscript profile

The overall purpose of this article is to examine the context of human conflicts from the perspective of the Holy Quran. The researcher tries to answer this question: what are the main contexts that cause conflicts from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an? In the researches done in the luminous verses of the Holy Qur'an, it was found that what is mentioned as conflicts and similar terms related to individuals and human societies and provides the causes of its incapacity originate from main fields, which are manifested in two areas of the individual and his society, such as; disagreement, hostility, false news, and worldliness underlying other factors in inciting war. It is obvious that all the purposes mentioned have been studied in a descriptive-analytical method in the light of revelation verses and using hadiths, which means that the researcher has collected and processed information using reliable sources and reference books.
