        One of the main problems and challenges facing the managers and decision makers of energy sector in consumption management area is known as the lack of accurate information and statistics in an appropriate model for simulating and predicting the demand trend. In most cases, mental and trial-and- error methods have been witnessed to be employed for decision making processes. In cases where an appropriate model has the ability to solve the mentioned challenge, but failing to update the information and statistics used in the model can cause a new challenge which may finally results in delaying the decision making process. This paper attempts to introduce and employ a combination of regression models and IT to solve the above two challenges simultaneously and facilitate decision making process for energy consumption management in residential and commercial sectors. This can lead to a better decision making process for acceptable energy saving policy and management and cost reduction of its operation. With no doubt, this will help to reduce the GHG emissions and lead to a better environment. Manuscript profile

        Use of energy is increasing due to creating a comfortable environment in the buildings. So investigating all approaches related to using energy or saving should be considered before implementing each plan. One of the methods for measuring the rate of energy is use of modeling plans for using of energy. In this research we could review energy plus in different buildings. In these buildings , we have used of the result as monthly or annually due to saving cost. Also we could combine these approaches as energy reduction methods or advanced air conditioning systems and renewable energy. The results of the modeling show that the use of bricks instead of stone for the facade of the building has a lower thermal dissipation rate of 6% of the outer walls, and The use of insulation of 7 cm thick polystyrene for external walls and the use of insulating wool for the roof of the final floor with a thickness of 7 cm and the use of a window with horizontal awnings of 50 cm width, we can heat the total building load for one year 14% Optimize energy consumption ratio We have a base building Manuscript profile
