The purpose of the present research was to evaluate and compare the mothers’ life quality of children with visual and hearing impairment and autism disorder. The study statistical population subsumed all the mothers with hearing and visual impairment and autistic children who had clinical records in rehabilitation centers in Tehran during; 2015-2016 years. Of all centers, 45 mothers who had blind children, 45 mothers with deaf children and 45 mothers with autistic children (N= 135 mothers) were selected as a sample via convenience sampling procedure. The Research was designed as a causal-comparative. Varoshrbon Quality of Life Questionnaire (36-SF) was used to collect data. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and multivariate analysis of variance were implemented for data analysis. The results showed that statistically there were significant difference (P≤ 0.01)   in life quality of 3 mothers groups.
