        The aim of this study is evaluation of effects of monitoring system and performance of staff productivity. This study is descriptive- survey and correlational. The sample size was determined by the Cochrane table. Statistical population of the study consisted of employees and managers Bank Sepah is in Fars province. Questionnaires were distributed to 249 of employees by random sampling method. We can infer from the research findings of the first hypothesis that the average of staff productivity has been more than average in the financial criterion and we can say that:” Monitoring system and evaluation of performance of staff productivity has a significant effect with taking advantage of the financial criterion strategies. The second hypothesis suggests that the average of staff performance is more than average in the internal process criterion and we can say:” Monitoring system and evaluation of performance of staff productivity has a significant effect with taking advantage of the internal process criterion strategies”. The third hypothesis suggests that the average of staff performance has been more than the average in the growth and learning criterion and we can say:” Monitoring system and evaluation of performance of staff productivity has a significant effect with taking advantage of the growth and learning criterion strategies”. The fourth hypothesis suggests that the average of staff performance has been more than average in the customers’ criterion and can be said:” Monitoring system and evaluation of performance of staff productivity has a significant effect with taking advantage of the customers’ criterion strategies”.   Manuscript profile
