There was a positive significant relationship between five personality factors and creativity in case of responsibility and flexibility and a negative significant relationship in neurosis component. The relationship between time management and creativity was positively significant just in focus on job and the type of the focus components. Results: The results of regression analysis also showed that flexibility has the most effective positive significant coefficient for predicting creativity and neurosis has negative significant effect in predicting creativity. Also, the results of regression analysis for predicting creativity based on time management components showed that focus on job has the most effective positive significant coefficient. Performance strategy has negative significant effect and after that the type of focus has the positive significant effect.           Background: The creativity and innovation in terms of individual dimension can be explained on the basis of latent constructs of the individuals. Purpose: The purpose of current study was to present a structural model of scientific innovation for members of Young Scholars Club at Islamic Azad University as well as personal factors influencing scientific creativity of these individuals.  Method: In order to achieve the research objectives, research hypotheses were tested through path analysis and testing of the original model and the modified model. Result(s): The results of experimental data analysis showed that the experimental data did not have a good fit with the original conceptual model of the research and the direct effect of most said structure on scientific creativity of samples is not significant. Changes and modifications of several models, eventually led to the final research model. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that balanced model of variables, sagacity, problem solving and seeking success are the most important psychological individual that effect directly on the scientific innovations and creativity of young researchers club members and elite.   Manuscript profile
