The purpose of the present study is to determine the feasibility of using financial resources of the Islamic government, especially Mowqufāt (endowed assets) to prevent and confront Coronavirus disease relying on the evidence of Islamic rules. Is a traditional Islamic dedication, according to which individuals and legal entities give part or all of their property to a state or private organization. This tradition has gained ground in Islamic ideology and has played a significant role in the development of Islamic cities. According to their worldview, The environment has always been interactive and influenced by each other. The effect of the worldview derived from religion on the creation of geographic landslides, especially in Islamic cities, has been of great importance. The waqf phenomenon as one of the forces of the city of Afarin and the facade of the Iranian-Islamic cities has had a great influence on shaping human artifacts and the formation of the physical spaces of cities. The endowment lands have also been influenced by their impact on the physical development of cities, as they have become out of the state during the physical development of the city (bayer, agriculture, gardens, etc.) and turned into urban texture. In this article, the city of Miami is considered as a small town in the province of Semnan, the main part of which is the endowment. By converting the city as the city center, the city quickly expanded and the lands of the endowment of agriculture changed their nature and turned into new urban landscapes. This paper tries to explore the role of waqf in shaping the general space of Islamic cities, especially the studied city, by relying on the field method and using the GIS technique. The Ottoman Empire was one of the most stable Muslim states that ruled over the Islamic world for over six centuries and the culmination of its authority began in the time of Suleiman the Magnificent. In examining the power diagram, court women played a role in various developments as behind-the-scenes rulers in the form of the sultan's mother or a minor. Among these areas are endowments and charitable affairs. Waqf is an eternal legacy through which good deeds and public benefits continue in society. Examining the history of waqf in the Ottoman Empire without considering the role and status of women is incomplete research. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the activity of court women as influential elements, to provide a clearer picture of the endowment system of that period. Religious tendencies and favorable economic influences of court women caused their social and religious presence in the phenomenon of waqf, especially in the period of Suleiman the Magnificent to the end of the reign of Abdul Hamid II. In this article, as a research issue, we will try to examine the extent of the influence of court women in the Ottoman endowment system according to the mentioned hypotheses. Findings indicate that the positive performance of women in the Ottoman court led to the strengthening and increasing development of the endowment system. The presented materials have been provided in a descriptive-analytical manner and by using valid scientific books and articles. Manuscript profile

The Negative Theology of “Waqfih” in Al-Niffari’s Al-Kitāb al-Mawāqif     Mystics' views on the critique of knowledge is a subject that has been less addressed so far. In essence, it seems that critique of knowledge by those who are mystics, that is, are known to have knowledge, to be a contradiction. But this contradiction leads us to reflect on the true nature and structure of knowledge in the eyes of mystics. Muhammad ibn Abd al-Jabbar ibn al-Hasan Al-Niffari in his book, Al-Kitāb al-Mawāqif (The Book of Standings) talks about seventy-seven ‘mawqif’ (standings/stayings) in the process of the mystic's spiritual journey. They do not have a definite order, but they follow a pattern of structure and content. Another term is ‘waqfih’ that refers to a period of contemplation in which the mystic becomes aware of his position. The structure of al-Kitāb al-Mawāqif is based on the negative theology; all of the book is about negation of the position of ‘waqfih’, and in the most positions, the author ends his speech with negative words. The aim of present article is to consider the role of ‘waqfih’ and the elements of the negative theology in the thoughts of Al-Niffari. The research is done from three perspective: existential, epistemological and linguistic by using an analytical-comparative method. The results indicate that Al-Niffari in his book, before Ibn Arabi, have ontologically provided the basis for attention to the Divine essence and the concept of non-existence. According to Al-Niffari, the reality of knowledge is “wise ignorance” and astonishment, and his mute and contradictory language refers to his negative speech.   Manuscript profile

Recognition of the waqf (a short pause) phenomenon is one of the important issues in the linguistics of the Quran created bythe breath disconnection and its refreshmentwhile reading.Since some words areoccasionallypronounced in two or more different waysin the Holy Quran and this difference in readingis led tothe issuance of jurisprudential rulingand the source of variation inviewpoint of Islamic scientists. In this study, despite expressing waqf and its diversity by mentioning the Quranic evidence, ithas been investigated that what changes will take place inspeechbyreading disconnectionwhile exiting the last word? And what is the opinion of Ibn Khalawiyah (370 AH), the famous Iranian shialinguist, about it?By considering distinctive and innovative views of this linguist, we have made any endeavor to explain these differences in reading in terms of IbnKhalawiyah . On the other hand, we have compared his point of view with the agreement and disagreementviews of some other important linguists to clarify this distinctive linguist view about waqf and alsofamiliarize the readers with his creative reasonsaboutvarious pronunciations in waqf and changing in pronunciation, adding or reducingthe words.
