The main purpose of the present research is to study Efficient Educational Strategies for developing virtual students' Needed skills for using online education. The general question is what are the Efficient Educational strategies in the seven skills needed for virtual students (Availability or R1, openness or R2, communication or R3, commitment or R4, cooperation or R5, Thinking or R5, and flexibility or R7)?. The population consisted of all Islamic Azad university faculty members in area five. The subjects' answers were compared according to variables such as sex, educational document and marriage status. The statistical communities in this research are all of faculty members majoring in computer in Islamic Azad university. The statistical samples were randomly selected. The procedure was a structured twenty-nine item questionnaire prepared by researcher based on the findings of Rena M palloff and keith pratt. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated 0/847. The research findings revealed that the most Efficient Educations Strategles in developing the sever skills are as follows: Applying technology which can realize learning objectives, preparing a good climate for groups where students are comfortable in learning process, encouraging learner to participate in preparing courses guideline, internalizing skills for time management, preparing an educational site for students to send their homework, and receiving feedback. Designing questions for discussion that encourage students to think, integrate educational materials, use internet as a tool and resource and encourage students to find out any needed resources. Generally speaking the total research findings revealed that there was no significant difference among of the Views of faculty membersin connection with the seven skills mentioned above. But as far as sex is concerned the findings revealed significant difference. Manuscript profile

Abstract The main purpose of this research wasto investigate the relationship between needed skills for evaluation and academic achievement of virtual students based on constructivist approach. The methodology of research was correlational. The instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire about needed skills for evaluation (α=0.92) and f academic achievement test for two ago semester. The population consisted of all virtual universities’ students (2009-2010) in Iran. The sample group was selected randomly based on Krejcie-Morgan's sample size table (363 students).Pearson Correlation and structural equation model was used for data analysis. Findings indicate that virtual students’ academic achievement influenced by the principles of writing, participating in the process of teaching –learning in the network, electronic portfolio, and time management. The direct effect of synchronous interaction with classmate (0.473), priority of important and emergency affairs (0.395), process portfolio (0.290), principles of  scientific writing (0.29), process-producer portfolio (0.250), technical principles (0.25). Based on structural equation test, Chi-Square=117.682, GFI= 0.951, AGFI=0.921, P-Value= 0.000, RMSEA=0.055. Thus, the tested model was acceptable. Manuscript profile
