  The pattern of dense urban development creates proper levels of economic andsocial activities around center and locality of city .This ensures all urban sections ,evenremote and quiet areas, main facilities, transportation and urban services. Exactly sucha development is coordinated that most urban areas enjoy a shortage of it . Dense citywhich has proper urban design its sections are connected with together. Connectionmeans appropriate portioning from public places which connect to not only differentsections of localities and neighborhood units but also people to their homes, schools,work offices and social institutes; in other words, dense cities emphasize ondevelopment of urban centers and recoverable lands and at the same time avoidexpansion of city in the suburbs.The features of dense cities are as follows: most people are in the width range ofsocial facilities and suitable public transportations (like bus) supply people'srequirements .Only density per hectare doesn't present urban quality. Different formsof architecture such as tall blocks next to traditional buildings in the streets and someurban blocks which are surrounded in the open spaces should be constructed in thesimilar density but be presented by various qualities .This paper is used bydocumentary sources and digital library.
