  One of the greatest economical, cultural and social problems of today's community is unemployment.  By utilizing the descriptive – analytic method, this research is to deal with labour and activity from the view point of Attar Nishabouri. It is supposed that today's man can overcome his difficulties by applying the educational guidance of Attar. In the previous researches, it has often been looked at attar's works from mystical point of view. The most significant  aim of this research is to find impressive messages  to transform of today's youth towards unemployment. The result of the study shows that as long as man lives in this world and has the capability of struggling, must occupy himself with work. One moment of endeavor equals with one hundred world. In Attar's tenets success in life is related to magnanimity and good ethics  and it must be accomplished thoroughly and in perfect manner.
