Objective: The aim of this study was the role of organizational culture in organizational citizenship behavior mediated by the tendency to critical thinking. The research method is descriptive correlation. The statistical population included all secondary school teachers in district one of Khorramabad city in the academic year 1399-400. 265 people (147 females, 118 males) were selected as the research sample by relative stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Denison (2000) Organizational Culture Questionnaire, Farah and Oregon (1997) Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire, and Ricketts (2003). Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation model and good fit indices were used to analyze the research data and bootstrap method was used to investigate the indirect relationships of the paths. Findings: The findings of this study showed that the hypothetical model of organizational citizenship behavior based on organizational culture mediated by the tendency to critical thinking of secondary school teachers in district one of Khorramabad city is worthy of the data. The results of structural equation model showed that organizational culture has a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior and tendency to critical thinking (p <0/01); Also, the path coefficient β from the tendency to critical thinking to organizational citizenship behavior is statistically significant (p <0/01).Indirect results of the paths showed that organizational culture does not have an indirect effect on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediation of the tendency to critical thinking. One of the factors that can cause success or failure in using e-learning is students' readiness to participate in e-learning courses. Among the factors that could be effective in readiness of students to participate such e-learning courses are self-regulated learning strategies and tendency to critical thinking. Thus, the aim of the study was to investigate the role of self-regulated learning strategies and tendency to critical thinking in students' readiness to participate in e-learning courses. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all students of Kharazmi University in 2013. Using random sampling method, 250 individuals were selected as sample. To collect the data, the Ricketts' tendency to critical thinking and self-regulated learning strategies questionnaires, as well as students' readiness to participate in e-learning scale were used. Descriptive (mean, standard deviation) and inferential (correlation, regression and independent t tests) statistics were used for data analysis. The results showed that the correlation of self-regulated learning strategies with students' readiness to participate in e-learning was 0.23 (R2= 0.05) and of critical thinking with students' readiness to participate in e-learning courses is 0.24 (R2= 0.07). So students' readiness to participate in e-learning courses can be predicted through self-regulated learning strategies and tendency to critical thinking. Results of t test showed that there was no significant difference between male and female, as well as graduate and undergraduate students in terms of readiness to participate in e-learning courses. The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of e-learning on creativity, tendency to critical thinking and academic achievement in Secondary School Student in e-schools based on e-learning and ordinary schools in district 4 of Qom in the academic year 1396 to 1395. The tools of this research include the Thinking Risk Inventory (CTDI) questionnaire and the Torrance test is used to measure creativity. The method of this study was to determine the causal-comparative type and to test the hypotheses, the t-test was used. The results of the research indicated that the mean scores of the components of creativity among students of schools with e-learning as compared to knowledge There was a significant difference between students in ordinary schools and there was no significant difference between the mean scores of critical thinking components of students in electronic schools compared to ordinary school students, but there was a significant difference between the mean scores of academic achievement in two types of schools.
