Cash management is one of the main topics of corporate financial management. Liquidity is the company's ability to fulfill short-term obligations. Budget preparation is one of the most important short-term financial forecasting tools for cash management in companies. Cash budget plans input and output cash flows in a period. Using this method the courses the company is faced with surplus cash and the courses in which the company is faced with shortage of these funds and has to supply it are determined. In this study, it has been attempted to while analyzing the causative relationships among the components of incoming and outgoing cash flow, a system dynamic model is proposed for planning organizations’ cash funds. Using the proposed model the incoming and outgoing cash flows are predicted and by providing different scenarios to address liquidity shortages, the variable changes of the model and their effect on liquidity of the company are discussed. Today, in Power plant industry, especially gas turbine hot corrosion and oxidation resistance of high temperature superalloys used. These superalloys good resistance to attack and entry of hot gases and ash fines resulting from fuel combustion, as well as atmospheric corrosion of the show. As a result of these superalloys used in Power plant industry, especially are considering today. The thermal spray coating on these superalloys can be hot corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation increase. In this research isothermal oxidation behavior of CoNiCrAlY coating and kinetic of growth thermally grown oxide layer (TGO) was investigated. For deposit of the CoNiCrAlY Amdry 9954 coating on superalloy nickel-base (Inconel 738) substrate used to the high-velocity oxygen-fuel (HVOF) technology. These specimens coatings were oxidized at 1100°C for 5 upto 100 h in a normal electric furnace under air atmosphere. The test specimens were examined using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometry analysis (EDS) together with the X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. Microstructural characterization showed that the growth of continuous and uniform TGO scale onto bond coat. Also, in oxidation process observed the formation of mixed oxides (as spinel) CoCo2O4 and Ni(Cr,Al)2O4 and CrO3 and Y3Al5O12 onto Al2O3 (TGO layer). Manuscript profile

In this research, NiCrAlY powder was applied on steel, and Hastelloy X substrates with solid shielding shrouded plasma spray (SSPS) process and compared with atmospheric plasma spraying (APS). The high-temperature oxidation test was also performed on the coatings, and the microstructure of coatings was studied by optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). To investigate the influence of the SSPS process on the properties of metallic coatings, variable parameters; such as type of shroud gas (Ar, H2), the gas injection method (internal, external or simultaneous) and the flow rate of that, were examined. During the use of shroud gas, the temperature of the plasma jet has increased significantly. The oxidation test results showed the proper performance of NiCrAlY coating under the protection of argon internal shroud gas with a flow rate of 75SLPM, which was able to perform the best plasma flame protection during spraying. It can lead to a reduction in oxide and porosity of coating up to 8%. Also, the lowest thermally grown oxide (TGO) thickness was obtained for this sample after 200 hours of oxidation, indicating its excellent performance in maintaining the Al for the formation of the continuous α-Al2O3 layer during high-temperature oxidation. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the strategies to overcome the obstacles and challenges of implementing succession in sports with the Repertory Grid Approach. The present study was done by the mixed method. The purpose of the qualitative section was fundamental research which was done by the Repertory Grid Approach. The purpose of the quantitative section was applied which the data was collected by survey . The statistical population consisted of all sports management experts with a scientific background in organizational behavior issues. In the qualitative part, the sampling was purposefully (10 interviews), and in the quantitative part was a random sampling method (80 subjects). The research tool was a structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. We analyzed qualitative data by content analysis method, and MaxQDA software and quantitative data analysis were done by T-sample test and Friedman test and SPSS software. The results showed that all environmental, structural, and behavioral barriers, respectively, are obstacles to the implementation of succession in sports. Theoretically, the results can be used to complete the theoretical foundations of sports management. Practically, relevant managers can use the results to implement succession in sports organizations.   Manuscript profile
