The Balanced Scorecard is widely adopted performance management framework firstintroduced in the early 1990s. More recently it has been proposed as the basic for a strategicmanagement system. Strategy mapping is the most important task in building a BalancedScorecard system. Strategy mapping is the process for visually making cause and effectrelationships between all possible strategic objectives in an organization. The process forbuilding and constructing a strategy map is a human centric activity which could be consideredas the combination and integration of all knowledge and preferences of the managerial boards. From the view point of strategic decision making in an organization, the process for building astrategy map, could be viewed in a general body of a unified group decision making context. Ifwe see the strategy map, as a structural modeling framework for making the cause and effectrelationships among the strategic objectives, it is possible to deploy Decision Making Trial andEvaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) as a framework for structural modeling approach subject tothe problem. The DEMATEL method gathers collective knowledge to capture the causalrelationships between strategic criteria. The model is especially practical and useful forvisualizing the structure of complicated causal relationships with matrices or digraphs. In thisprocess, the integrated structure can be offered for the macro level balanced scorecard and inaddition to the mathematic modeling of cause and effect relationships, a decision supportsystem could be presented in the execution frame that may increase the efficiency of thebalanced scorecard management system. The first objective in any financial organization is to improve performance, and performance evaluation also is one of the best ways to advance operations in organizations. By utilizing different methods of performance evaluation, organizations can evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of processes that are in accord with strategic objectives. In addition, the performance evaluation instruments can help organizations with resource allocation and appropriate distribution of these resources. So far, many performance evaluation methods have been introduced which among them, traditional approaches only focus on the financial aspects and do not concern the non-financial. This article primarily concerns the linking of strategy maps and performance indicators that provides a structure of performance evaluation for the Saderat Bank of Tehran; and in the next step evaluates efficiency of bank branches by using Data Envelopment Analysis method. The main purpose of this study is to determine the success path of Pars Khodro Company using Fuzzy Cognitive Map technique and analyzing the views of six experts of this company. Based on the objective of the research this research can be considered as an applied and developmental research. And from the viewpoint, of collecting data, it is in line with the experimental research. The research method is based on the utilization of the new concepts in operation research (soft systems methodology). In order to simultaneously remove the constraints of balance scorecard (BSC) approach and study the strategic simulation, we utilized the capabilities of fuzzy cognitive map. The obtained results reveal that the surveyed company through accentuating upon the excellence of daily operational processes and the development of products based on the limited and innovative platforms would be able to move towards excellence and achieving its vision. Based on the proposed framework in this research study, managers of the Iranian companies would be able through leveraging the capabilities of strategic behaviors comparison to integrate their operational plans. This way, as they increase the efficiency of their processes, they can continue the journey towards excellence Manuscript profile

The main goal of the strategy map is to communicate the cause and effect between strategic goals and translate these goals into operational programs. Also, attracting the participation of all employees by identifying the relationship of each organization with strategic goals is another consequence of the strategy map. This research uses a causal relationship between strategic objectives at different levels to provide a method for designing a strategy map in a knowledge-based company. It has tried to present a strategy map for implementing strategies and make it easier to use with the help of the "House of Strategy", a concept that aims to "Quality Function Deployment". The reader first acquaints with general concepts and then studies the methods of DEMATEL and FUZZY COPRAS, at the end of the designed map is provided. "Quality Function Deployment".
