        Objective: This paper aims to examine the ability of corporate foresight in the organizations and its impacts on innovation, quality of managers’ strategic decision-making and organizational performance in the banking industry of Iran.Background: In the first part, upon introducing corporate foresight from the two process and content perspectives, influential elements in this construct are discussed. Then, corporate foresight’s relationship with innovation and strategic decision-making is examined and its effect on organizational performance is analyzed within a structural model. Methods: Using interview and questionnaire, the data research were collected from the banking industry of Iran including 30 banks (State-Commercial banks, Specialist- State banks, Interest-Free Loan Funds and Private Banks). Through descriptive, inferential statistical analyses and structural equation modeling using SPSS and Smart PLS software, reliability of the measurement model with 93 samples was confirmed. Findings: The results show that the corporate foresight playing three roles of initiator, strategist, and opponent affects the innovation. Moreover, the research results suggest that using the data from the foresight and identifying the weak signals, we can reduce the uncertainty and issue prior warnings in order to enhance the quality of manager’s strategic decision making and promote the organizational performance.         Background and objective: Among the decisions, strategic decision-making is considered as the most valid, because such decisions are aimed at the future and the highest goal of the organization and due to the long term, they are adopted in conditions of lack of collective memory and with uncertain knowledge. In fact, the success or failure of any organization depends a lot on the strategic decisions of senior managers in that organization. Empirical findings and analyzes emphasize that strategic decisions are very important due to the effect of guiding and guiding organizational behaviors. Today, strategic decision-making is very important to prevent the spread of environmental disasters and the extinction of certain species of wildlife. The purpose of this research is to investigate strategic decision-making in the field of biodiversity and protection of the endangered Asiatic cheetah. Material & Methodology: The philosophy of this research is positivism with an inductive approach. In terms of the nature of research is qualitative and descriptive-analytical and chosen from the branch of case study. The method of qualitative data analysis in this research was by searching the literature, reviewing various texts and writings, consulting with professors and experts, the data was collected and analyzed based on observation, and conclusions were drawn from the results in future decisions and plans Finding: Currently, there are only a few of them in Iran and in scattered habitats, and dealing with its extinction has become a national and international challenge. Discussion and Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, the decision taken led to the reproduction of this type of wildlife in captivity and the strategic decisions of the organization will be effective to improve the conditions. It is necessary to use strategic information in the decision-making process of the environment. Lack of strategic information Decision makers of such wildlife cannot gain an understanding of the problem at hand and draw a clear picture of an alternative solution. In this case, it was not possible to make the right choice among these solutions, and the implementation of the final option faced serious problems and challenges. In this regard, timely strategic decisions prevent damage to this endangered species, which is at the top of the food chain pyramid, and preserve the genetics of this valuable species.         After three decades of the life of the research in Intellectual Capital and the role and optimum management of these capitals, the necessity of being familiar with the new approaches in removing the drawbacks of executing the knowledge based economic plans in the company is extremely evident. It is in the light of the knowledge of the intellectual capital management and applying the new approaches that there is a complete image of the current and future condition of the managers and that the development of the company is possible by quick decisions. Purpose of this paper is explaining and clarifying the tendency change in the value of the companies from the tangible assets to intangible ones and its effect on the strategic decision making of the managers of the industrial and productive companies. For this purpose the data were gathered from the managers through a questionnaire and were analyzed in linear and by multiple regression analysis way to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the parts of the intellectual capital management on the dimensions of strategic decision making of the manager (rationality, political behavior, intuition). The findings of this study cleared that the components of the intellectual capital management had a meaningful relationship with the aspects of managers strategic decision making and is effective on them. The results showed that in most of the companies, the intellectual capital were in the proper level, but little attention has been given to the topic and methods of using of these capitals to impact the managers decision making, therefore the gap of the little attention to intellectual capital can be filled by using the new intellectual capital frameworks in the other industrial units and new policies be taken.         The aim of this study the role of knowledge in strategic decision making with regard to the role of mediator strategic thinking. This study is applied and the method of research is descriptive-correlation. In this hypothetical model was developed between variables. The population consisted of employees (the forces) Mobarakeh Steel Company in 1760 people are using Cochran sampling frame, a sample of 315 people was selected using random sampling. To gather data, knowledge-based system of Lawson questionnaire strategic decision making and strategic thinking Lydka questionnaire was used. The validity of scientific principles and components and to the experts on the content and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha for the whole questionnaire (0.81), respectively. To the hypothesis structural equation modeling approach was used Partial Least Squares.
