  The history of each country leads to the formation of the psychological characteristics of people and, as a result, the culture of that society. The culture of each society has a direct and significant influence on the environmental psychology of architecture. Therefore, the creation of a center to identify and display these rituals and traditions is of interest to all cities with diverse cultures. In fact, it is necessary to create a place where artists present their mental concerns of various issues in the form of art and culture in order to influence people in society. A place as a cultural center where the audience can be diligent in expanding social interactions and forming a creative mental-spiritual tablet according to the culture and rituals of that city. The research method is quantitative-qualitative and applied in a descriptive-survey approach. The operational method of quantitative research is survey. that a questionnaire was evaluated and prepared using a five-point Likert scale, and based on a targeted sampling of 5,000 clients, 320 eligible people returned in the field. The sampling method was random and the statistical population was classified according to characteristics after data collection. Finally, by collecting and analyzing the resulting data in SPSS software and using Friedman's variance test, the weight of each index was determined and then prioritized. The results of the research showed that the indicators of the preservation of the traditions and customs of the society in order to strengthen the national pride, enjoyment of open space and connection with the sky have the highest priority and according to the weighting, they have the highest importance.
