        Background and Objective: Registration of each country's natural heritage in the UNESCO World Heritage leads to recognition of it in the international arena as well as ever increasingly growth of tourism, in addition to many other national benefits. UNESCO has introduced its goals concerning sites registration as: determining methods and conditions of getting helping from the World Heritage Support Fund and preservation of the qualified valuable cultural, historical and natural works in the world. Meanwhile, Islamic Republic of Iran has Patened One Location (Loot Kavir) in The UNESCO World Heritage List. Methodes: Authors aimed at answering the question regarding the Iranian unique nature and necessity of the international registeration of qualified natural sites that: which sited have been qualified for introducing to the UNESCO Commission for registeration as Natural Heritage? Then, we would present a historical survey on registering the natural sites as the world heritage, and provide the readers with the registered statistics in the UNESCO website. We would also introduce the country's important natural attractions for the purpose of opening a file and being announced as a candidate to the institute. The method used in this study is descriptive-analytical and an applied study. Data collection has been conducted using databases of international conventions and liable organizations for environment and site registration. Conclusion: Finally, the authors have proposed some qualified natural sites for international registration, based on the World Heritage Institute predetermined characteristics and the related details.         AbstracElectronic registration is a registration with a computer and digital device that is registered by digital means, human and moral rights, to prevent a risk against ownership. Due to the spread of soft crimes, in the contemporary digital and virtual world against human material and moral rights , The purpose of the research is to demonstrate how modern registration rights through electronic documents, electronic registries, electronic offices, through digital tools such as electronic signatures, smart ID cards, biometrics and the cadastre system, accomplish the crime prevention process. Research innovation in the extraction of equivalent concepts of electronic registration in religious and jurisprudence such as: preventing immoral action, document validity and document writing ,public consumption And the like with the crime prevention function, in the registration rights environment. Descriptive-analytic research with reasons, documentation and evidence of registry and jurisprudence, It is concluded that: Electronic registration with similar jurisprudential concepts can reduce or eliminate claims in courts and finally prevent crime in the Iranian and Emirates registration right system.         Human resources and knowledge management are closely related and so far many knowledge management projects have failed due to inattention to the human factor. The purpose of this study is to investigate the views of 66 people from the statistical sample of the research, in a cluster method including: Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provincial registry staff regarding the impact of knowledge management on human resource development of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad registry. This research is a survey in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. According to the research background, after drawing the conceptual model of the research, information was collected using a questionnaire that had reliability and validity. After performing the necessary statistical tests with Smart pls and Spss software, while confirming the research hypotheses, it was determined that: Knowledge management on human resource development in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provincial registry office, with regression coefficient Impact has an effect of 0.94. Therefore, the managers of this department should use knowledge management to develop their human resources, to achieve the development of competence, increase capability, information sharing and training of their employees in the workplace.         Improving the business environment and removing obstacles and problems related to it is a vital thing in the direction of economic development. The business environment needs special attention and support and planning. The experience of developed countries shows that without paying attention to the business environment and supporting it, one cannot expect economic improvement and business prosperity and ultimately sustainable development, the business environment in our country is no exception to this rule. And it is necessary to pay serious attention to it and try to improve the business environment. One of the effective ways to improve the mentioned space and perhaps the most important way is to create and run a single window for starting a business, which has been experienced in other countries. In Iran, the establishment of a business start-up window was put on the agenda as a solution to improve this space, and it was implemented in 2018. The following article tries to provide solutions to improve it as much as possible by examining the reasons and necessities of creating such an environment while analyzing the related documents and how to start it.
