  According to Imami jurisprudence, if a man intentionally kills a woman, then the woman can retaliate by paying half a diyat to the man. This sentence, in addition to the fact that the ransom is conciliatory in premeditated murder and requires the consent of the killer, is sometimes problematic in practice; Because sometimes a woman is not able to pay the ransom and the killer is not willing to compromise; As a result, a woman's blood is exposed to waste. There are several ways to solve this problem, including the equality of male and female retaliation, the payment of a woman's ransom from the treasury and not recognizing the ransom, and the possibility of forcing the killer to pay half of the ransom. In this article, the first and second ways are reviewed and the third way is proposed.In verse 32 of Surah Ma'idah, the Holy Qur'an emphasizes the sanctity of human life with a beautiful interpretation and considers self-murder as one of the greatest sins, and legislates the guarantee of retribution and blood money to prevent its commission as punishment for criminals and compensation for some damages.   The purpose of the present study is jurisprudential and legal analysis of peace in terms of permission contracts. The research method is descriptive-analytic and the results indicate that the subject of peace contract is limited to “acquisition”, “transfer”, and “waiver” and that the extent of primary peace is with respect to the unlimited nature of contract (the contracted). Estimating the effect and benefit of peace on acquisition, transfer, and forfeiture excludes permissible permission contracts from the scope of primary peace and the argument of necessity of peace in terms of conflict with the nature of permission is also resolved. In feasibility study of making a contract in terms of advocacy permission, deposit, and borrowing, it is proved that peace in terms of deposit is not feasible due to the likely changes in the nature of deposit. If peace in terms of borrowing is held, its origin brings usufruct right for the borrower. Peace in terms of advocacy is feasible only if it creates a right or jurisprudential obligation for one who makes peace with the attorney, in addition to granting proxy. In other words, peace in terms of advocacy is a compound contract which its main effect is acquisition (transfer) and its supplementary effect is granting representation and permission.   Peace stands in contrast to war and it is one of the two ways that constantly faces followers of religions and schools confronting those who reject their beliefs. In Islam, none of war and peace is the main principle; it is circumstances and situations that determine each of them just as each of them has conditions and red lines in Islam. In order to elucidate must’s and must not’s of peace in the eyes of Imam Khomeini (ra), the honorable descendant and outstanding spokesman for Islam in modern times, the red lines of peace have been examined in two parts: The red lines concerned with different situations and circumstances are like that peace must not threaten Islam and Muslims and weaken authority of regime; peace must not enfeeble Islamic front in the world; peace must not leave us be negligent of enemy and enmity of enemy; peace must not be coerced; peace must not be humiliatingly rendered and disregard reciprocal rights; and red lines of peace are also related to people, groups and thoughts like peace with arrogant powers, peace with Israel, peace with tyrants and despots and peace with those trespassing the community and Islamic system.   Abstract: The approach adopted by the leader s of AKP party of Turkey towards the Kurdish minority after 2002 parliamentary elections victory showed the sign of move towards national reconciliation in future years. Nevertheless in practice the party could not act to its commitments towards the Kurd minority. The present paper wants to know the reasons for the change of policy and fluctuations of AKP party toward the Kurds minority between 2002 till 2015. The paper make use of qualitative causal method to answer the question as to what have been the causes of widening gap  between Turks-Kurds after the decade of reconciliation policy and withdrawal of support of the Kurds to AKP party in 2015 elections? The underlying hypothesis is that the inability of Turkish government led by AKP in pursuing and fulfilling the demands of Kurdish minority and failure of the Kurds to reach their main demands on the one hand and the tendency of the Kurds to extra-territorial solidarity with Syrian Kurds and Iraqi Kurds after the fast happening developments in the Middle East on the other hand led to sharpening the cleavage between the Turks and the Kurds in recent elections. The finding of the study shows that a part of the policies of the AKP remained on rhetoric and in practice could not fulfill the party’s objectives. Consequently the failure of the AKP party to pursue and fulfill the demands of the Kurds led to the activation of gap between Turks and Kurds in recent elections. Manuscript profile

  Accounting information is provided to users in the form of financial reports. Independent auditors provide the basis and necessary conditions for the quality of accounting information and financial reporting on time. Therefore, the delay in providing audit reports can affect the company's performance and even the company's stock price. In this research, the theory related to the matching principle in relation to stock price fluctuations was investigated. The main approach of the mentioned theory is that weak matching acts as a disturbance in the economic relationship between income and cost, and as a result, it increases the volatility in stock prices. The results of this research showed a strong compatibility with the existing theory. This research aims to explain the mediating role of the factors affecting the delay in the auditor's report on the relationship between income-cost matching and additional stock price fluctuations using the combined DEMATEL and ANP methods in the period from 1393 to 1399 in 150 companies admitted to the stock exchange. Bahadar Tehran has been done. In order to identify and rank the factors affecting the delay of the auditor's report, the Delphi-fuzzy method was used, and to determine the intensity of etherability and effectiveness, and finally, the fuzzy Dimetal method and the ANP network analysis method were used. The results of the research showed that the delay in the auditor's report plays a mediating role in the relationship between compliance with the principle of compliance and additional fluctuations in price.
