Portfolio selection based on the active strategy, which is called Grid matrix model, cantake place based on various characteristics. This model seeks to identify a set of portfolioswith higher return than the market. In this study portfolios are selected based on type of firm(growth, growth-value and value), type of stock (aggressive, defensive and neutral) andintellectual capital (IC) which measured by six accounting model, then their return wascompared to determine which one of them can lead to higher return. The data of the research is gathered from companies which listed in Tehran stockexchange through ٢٠٠۶-٢٠١١ by random sampling procedures. Returns of selected portfoliosare computed by Traynor and Sharp performance ratios. The Spearman Correlation test isused to test the hypothesis. The results show that portfolios which selected based on pulic model (sixth model) formeasuring IC in Grid matrix model, have higher return than traditional and new models ofGrid model. Hypothesis of study wasn’t accepted for the five other model in this study. Manuscript profile

In the current competitive market, the goal of organizations is to gain more market share by creating competitive advantages. The success of an organization depends on the use and management of knowledge and Intellectual Capital (IC) in all aspects of the organization. Today’s IC plays an important role in the process of economic, managerial, technological and social developing. According to the importance of IC and its impact on company’s value and returns, select portfolio based on IC can affect the investor’s return, so in this study we apply IC variables in Grid matrix model which categorizes companies stock by use of six accounting model for measuring IC and market value, to form the Grid matrix. The data of the research is gathered from companies which listed in Tehran stock exchange through 1385-1389 by random sampling procedures. Returns of selected portfolios are computed by Traynor and Sharp performance ratios, in order to identify portfolios with higher performance than market portfolio performance. The Kolmogorov – Smirnov Z test is used to test the hypothesis. The results show that portfolios which selected based on IC models In Grid matrix model have higher performance than market portfolio. Veil in Sufism is defined as anything that makes you estranged from Truth and Reality. With reference to prophetic sentence indicating that there are many veils of Light and obscurity, Sufism classifies veil into two categories: Light and obscurity. They maintain that since human being is a combination of obscurity of body and Light of soul, thus veils such as lusts and impure attributes exemplify body’s veils of obscurity and intellectual intuition, Perplexity etc. could exemplify Soul’s veil of Light. Awakening the self-reproaching soul, a mystic disciple develops a sense of awareness. Afterwards, he first airs his grievances against his ego and self and this is the beginning of the veils of Light. Veil has some stages such as Mohr (seal), Khatme Del (seal of heart), Rayn (veil of disbelief and error over the heart), Sada’, Qasha’, Qayn (thin veil) that are known mostly by the Quran and mystics’ interpretations of Its Verses. At first, a mystic disciple must remove the veils of wealth, dignity, blind following, and sin by overcoming his concupiscent soul until he becomes ready for guidance. Then, becoming familiar with spiritual word and the Expansion of his heart, he experiences some moments with which if he satisfies, he is again veiled. In conclusion, knowing the veils, man nears to knowing himself, especially, knowing the veil of Light that verifies his attribute of being Allah’s vicegerent. And at last, what is available is that there are always some veils between man and God. Manuscript profile
