  Introduction and Objectives: People of different nationalities and ethnicities hotelnear term, so the hotels as a cultural institution, is at the forefront of culturalencounter as a showcase for the entire facade, reflecting the national culture of thehost country are considered. Maintaining mobility in the field of global competition,the need for attention to local and national features, standardization of hotelservices has doubled. Because of cultural attitudes, standardization is essential inbuilding a national brand.Research method: In this model, the best and most complete satisfying services forguests has a 100 percent points. This rate is the calculated score for the quality andquantity of service, 0.638 and the points calculated for architecture and building ofhotel is 0.362. The main parameter of the model is 71 and the number of sub- factoris 850.Research findings: According to the research conducted, the main components ofhotel ranking and classifying in Iran were determined and the importance of eachwere identified. Finally, some solutions are offered to improve the status of hoteland tourism industries in Iran .Conclusion: Inspection and investigate public and private hotels, away from thestandards in some indicators suggest, therefore all the stars did not show the correctdegree of hotels in Iran &Usually between 1 and 2 stars are added to the existing style of grading andstandardization meet the diverse needs of today's world, not tourists.   Determining the importance of agricultural development criteria is crucial for accurate measurement of level of agricultural development in any area. Therefore, this descriptive-analytical study aims at determining the importance of the agricultural development criteria. For this purpose, weighing accounting process was implemented. The weighting of criteria was developed by obtaining a ratio scale based upon a paired comparison of each criterion. Thus, the study used archival documents, a questionnaire survey, and interviews. The statistical population was all managers and experts (N=150) in southern Kerman Jihad-e-Agriculture Organization. Therefore, 19 managers and specialists of the organization were involved in the study using snowball sampling technique. Data processing was done using SPSS19. Research findings indicated that agricultural development criteria could be categorized into eight criteria: development of infrastructure, institutional, human development, mechanization, livestock and animal products, animal health, horticulture and agronomy. Among them, three development criteria include: animal health development, human resources and infrastructure were the most important measures of agricultural development. Manuscript profile

  Brokerage firms are major financial institutions in the capital market and Due to the nature of the service brokerage firms, ranking them seem necessary. These firms can be compare and rank in different aspect that based on specific criteria. One of the risky processes in capital market is Settlement. Settlement Guarantee Fund as a risk management is one of common settlement method of securities transactions and need to be notice. This research is looking to evaluated brokerage firms based on the criteria of Settlement Guarantee Fund. Now Settlement Guarantee Fund is active as a unit of the Central Depository Company Formation and manage settlement risk in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) and Iran Fara Bourse (IFB). Using measures brokerage repeated default, default amount of latency and using TOPSIS method to rank list of active firms described Tehran Stock Exchange in 2013. The results show that in the list of members, SavAfarin and Saba Jahad Brokerage Company are highest and lowest ranking degree of settlement risk factors.   In this paper, an improved online method for simultaneous estimation of parameters and fault location in transmission lines based on Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) installed on both sides of the transmission line is proposed. Unlike offline methods, the proposed method does not depend on the geometric characteristics of the lines, the fault resistance and the impedance of the equivalent Thevenin sources. The most important application of line modeling is to estimate the thermal rating of transmission lines, which limits the power transmission capacity. Offline methods cause part of the power transmission capacity to be unused and create unrealistic congestion in the transmission system. Therefore, the estimation must be determined in a way that is online and has the appropriate accuracy and speed. Calculating the thermal rating is a complex task that requires estimating the parameters of the lines, calculating the temperature of the lines and determining the climatic conditions of the environment around the studied lines. Therefore, a new method based on a combination of direct conductor temperature monitoring method and method based on climatic conditions is proposed in this paper. In this method, first, the parameters of the transmission line are estimated and then using these parameters and the weather conditions of the desired line, the thermal rating is calculated online. In this paper, the Nonlinear Least Squares (NLS) method is used to perform the process of simultaneously estimating the fault location and line parameters. The simulations were performed in the MATLAB software environment on a standard series capacitor-compensated transmission lines. The simulation results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and speed and can play a significant role in increasing the speed of line repairs and system reliability and reducing social and economic losses.   AbstractCorporate credit rating facilitates investment decision by comparing their credit risk with each other, On the other hand, the rate of the company determines the cost of financing in capital market.This study investigates the effects of the disclosure of related party transactions on firms’ credit ratings. Therefore, in order to test the research hypothesis, a sample of 105 firms was selected from the firms listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 2016 to 2020 . the hypotheses were tested using regression method on panel data. The results showed that the f Related Party Transactions Disclosure and Credit Ratings, there is a negative significant relationship And these transactions will reduce the credit rating of the company.
