        Empowerment human resource is as an important and fundamental source for organizations and to achieve pre-determined goals, organization need and efficient human resource. Although management cannot always prevent meritorious employees turnover, but with implementation of some policies and effective Practices toward human resource management can reduce this  event. In the current research, effects of human resource management’s reactions have been studied with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediators. Research hypotheses test was done in two steps for modeling according to partial least squares method by the use of PLS computer application for 72 employees of Toosab Engineering Corporation through random sampling; question distribution was used. Research validity through content validity and its reliability was ratified through Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. Results show that reactions of human resource management through organizational commitment affect employee’s retention; job satisfaction role was not ratified. In each studied factor reactions, recruitment, training, and performance appraisal except compensation has meaningful effect on employee’s retention through organizational commitment and job satisfaction.    Manuscript profile
