        The appearance of landscape architecture is based upon a mutual relationship between the human being and the environment, which has been formed, based on a set of principles and logic and continued; however, it depends upon beauty, comprehensibility, function and identity. The relevant patterns applied in landscape designing are aesthetic, environmental patterns and social patterns as well as including conceptual values, socio-economic and political identity. Today, architectures and designers have found out the importance of social patterns in relation to forming landscape, especially from temporary landscape viewpoint accordingly.    What is mentioned as temporary landscapes has various dimensions that provide a background for it to be created. The mutual interaction between human being and environment may cause temporary landscapes to appear as the place events based upon social conditions, which can be programmed by the communities or they can react to their occurrence. Temporary landscapes can be accounted for places where various cultural events occurred.   Due to its role in specific social behaviors, temporary urbanscape idea is really important in the environment, providing a suitable field and situation for the citizen to have transactions; dealing with environment and having social relations with each others as well, which lead to some considerable results. It can be stated that temporary landscape and social behaviors of citizens are the two components which have mutual relationship. Therefore, as a suitable field of sociocultural events, temporary urbanscapes are potentials which in spite of their physical effects have a wide range of effects on promting and upgrading of citizen behaviors and their living settings quality. Using of descriptive method and based upon current texts and instances, this paper intends to find out and analyze the exact position and effects of cultural events on quality of temporary urbanscapes and its further applications. The major goal and ideal of this analytical article is to analyze any modern cultural events which may cause a temporary landscape and further special social behaviors, among which emotional behaviors resulted from different events and more relations between human being and the environment can be pointed to. Finally, it may lead to upgrading of life quality. The structure of this research has been established in three steps as follows: Theoretical basics (Generalities, Subject Background, Examining of Case Samples) The importance and necessity of temporary urbanscape, cultural events emphasizing on artistic aspect, surveying the effects of cultural events on quality of temporary urbanscape Conclusion (Results)   Finally, the effect of cultural events on quality of temporary urbanscape is presented as follows: Creation of sense of belonging and dependency to a place, collective memory and meaning creation through establishment a suitable field for further citizenship dealings with environment and each others promoting the meaning of citizenship and also persuading citizens to be  active members through providing suitable field to create further transactions among citizens  as well as  between them and their city.         In recent years, following the unprecedented expansion of cities and the increasing importance and role of cars in the city, the role of pedestrians in urban spaces has gradually faded. Pedestrian paths are the manifestation of civil life and the place of social encounters and the formation of social interactions. Today, pedestrian road construction projects are proposed in many cities as a solution to prioritize people. Many of these plans are carried out regardless of their possible consequences, and after the implementation of the plans, their negative and positive effects are revealed. In other words, the plans are implemented without study.In this research, we seek to investigate the physical, social and economic effects of the implementation of the health pedestrian plan of Ostad Shajarian, Shiraz. The current research is applied in terms of developmental goal and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The statistical population of the research is all the people who are present in the footpath and its area of ​​influence. To analyze the qualitative components, a questionnaire was used and its results were analyzed using SPSS software. ROR method was also used to analyze quantitative components. The results show that Ostad Shajarian's Health Walk has been useful for the citizens of Shirazi, considering its current function and structure. Manuscript profile

        The tourism of second houses as one of the most important new aspects could have playing an effective role in rural regions. The purpose of this research was the scrutiny of tourism effects of second house in developing of rural regions in Kamshegan&Changoore villages (Avaj County) & was trying to answer to this question: Could tourism of second houses led to rural developing in studied area in dimensions of (financial, social, environmental, & physical)? The type of this research was applied, the used method was descriptive- analyzed & also, library & field method was used to gather of data. The statistical society was calculated as 1177 families that 107 questionnaires were made by the modified formula of cocowan& distributed among families randomly to observe chance law for everyone. & also the analytic & inferential statistical methods (test of one sample t, Friedman, analyze of way &Cruscalvalis) were used to analyze of data. The results showed that there were positive & significant relations between the used indexes. So that financial & physical dimension had the most effect & social & environmental had the least effects. On the other hand, Kamshegan village had the most financial, social, physical & environmental effects because of investment of second house owners & access to services, transportation, sub structures & diverse attractions. according to the research result, that showed the tourism effects of second houses in developing of village & financial-physical & environmental expansion in studied area that could be a solution for decreasing of migration, poverty & rural development.
