        Futures studies in an organization, known as Organizational Foresight, are one of the areas discussed in futures research and strategic management. Foresight enables organizations to identify future changes that are fundamental to the future and can design appropriate and innovative responses to protect themselves against these changes and survival in the long run. The foresight process in the banking industry can be seen as a set of key features that focus on its specific nature and distinguish it from other initiatives in banks. The purpose of this article is to understand the differences between the future prospects of Iranian banks and financial institutions in the implementation of the potential of strategic forecasting projects based on the Paliokaite et al. 2014 model. The study used e-mail scanning, in which emails were sent to top managers and senior executives of bank plans. Data were analyzed statistically using cluster analysis and the Mann-Whitney U test. The statistical significance obtained in this study is to determine and understand the differences in the ability of banks to run strategic futures programs. The findings of the current research significantly increase our understanding of the readiness and feasibility of implementation of corporate futures projects in the banking industry, so that the prospecting capabilities of the first-class banks in comparison to other banks in two dimensions of the selection capabilities The strategy and integration capabilities are greater, but in terms of the environment, scanning capabilities are less than other banks. Managers, who succeeded to integrate thesestrategies, emphasize on the vital role of this integration.This study examines the effect of congruity between organizational and marketing strategies,based on miles –snow classification (defensive, analytical and prospective strategies). After thisclassification, ideal profiles for each of these strategies are proposed. 10 top ranking companiesin the field of food industry comprise the study population, which were analyzed via 60questionnaires.Two main questionnaires including 15 and 18 questions were designated to test theories insurveillance section. Cronbach's alpha co efficient for reliability of result was 0.786. Piersontest was used to evaluate factors involving data process.         Introduction: Strategic management in organizations leads to greater understanding and commitment among managers and employees. This study aims to identify Effective factors on chaos strategic management and develop an appropriate model in public hospitals of Gilan province. Methods: In this study, a descriptive and co-relational design was used. The researcher obtained the data for the study from a sample of the 50 Management experts and hospital managers' who were selected by targeted sampling and 55 managers and experts who were selected by random sampling. The instruments used in this study were chaos questionnaire that developed by researcher and questionnaire of Effective factors on chaos strategic management. Results: The examination of status of components of chaos showed that an average of all the components (an except the strange sights) was higher than the average of 3 and was desirable. As a result, exploratory factor analysis showed that, effective five factors on strategic management are organizational strategy, organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational technology and leadership style. Also, multiple regression analysis showed that five factors have explained 78% of chaos strategic management changes in hospitals and had a significant effect on it (f (5, 44) =13.82, p<0.001). Leadership was the only factor that had a significant effect on strategic chaos management (Β=0.75, t=7.92, p<0.001). Conclusion: It is essential that, hospital managersimplement model of strategic management at the time of chaos in the hospitals, due to the impact of leadership style on chaos strategic management.         Extensive literature on the implementation of knowledge management in organizations has been presented and each of the researchers in this area referred to one dimension of Knowledge Management implementation, but so far a comprehensive model of dimensions and indicators of implementing Knowledge Management and the relationship between them is not provided. First, in this research, the literature on implementation of Knowledge Management, its dimensions and indicators were identified and then, using a new analytical methodology called Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM), the relationships between dimensions and indicators of implementing Knowledge management has been determined and integrated in an integrated way. The result has led to designing a Knowledge Management implementation model in the Tejarat bank. The research questionnaire was filled by 16 banking experts whose results indicate that the integrated model of Knowledge Management implementation includes organizational strategy, senior management support, organizational culture, business process reengineering, knowledge architecture, information technology and Experienced networks, so that these dimensions are interconnected with each other, and senior management support is the basis of implementing Knowledge Management model.         Today, effective leadership and improving organizational performance play a decisive role in the success and sustainability of businesses. The main purpose of this research is to evaluate and investigate the role of strategy and organizational climate in effective leadership and improving the performance of government organizations with the fuzzy AHP approach. To achieve this goal, data analysis has been used with the factor analysis approach and SmartPLS software, and then in the qualitative stage, by validating the data statistically and quantitatively. The statistical sample of this department, who completed factor analysis questionnaires, according to Cochran's formula, was 280 heads and experts who were randomly selected. Also, in the second part of examining the impact of variables, the fuzzy AHP approach has been used, and the questionnaire of this part has been completed by 14 experts using the theoretical method. In this research, organizational strategies and organizational climate have been investigated from different dimensions and relevant influencing factors have been identified, and these factors have been categorized and analyzed in 2 sections. It confirms the mediating role of organizational climate and strategy. Also, the statistical samples studied after holding 3 panels show the role and influence of strategy in effective leadership and improving the performance of government organizations far more than the organizational climate factor. In the knowledge age, with increased innovation and development of emerging markets, promoting live and advanced technologies and expansion of e-business, condition for success is to take advantage of the opportunities and to face ahead challenges. All of these cases require that the organizational culture and its strategy be well known and investigated so by knowing the culture and its attunement with appropriate strategies in organization won in a competitive world. This study is a relationship between organizational culture and organizational strategies in Gohar Rood Road Building Company that in this respect was presented a conceptual model and in order to that's test, one main hypothesis with title relationship between culture and strategy, and four lateral hypothesis, relationship between culture and globalization, relationship between customer-oriented and culture, relationship between culture and many-sided business models, and the relationship between culture and synergic, was investigated and formulated in organization that in the first three hypothesis with high points, and the final hypothesis were confirmed by a very poor point. Research method is descriptive- survey, Statistical population of research is employees working in the Gohar Rood organizations and its subsidiaries. Data collection tool in this research is the questionnaire that was measured its reliability and validity. In the first stage, 317 questionnaires at the level of company employees, and second stage, 30 questionnaires at the level of top managers were distributed. This research is included of one main hypothesis and four lateral hypotheses. To assess organizational culture was used of Globe proposed model. Using the analysis of the first questionnaire, it was found that the organization dominant culture is under study of participatory culture. Also results showed that the relationship between organizational culture and organizational strategy is higher than average, it was offered according the high power difference level in Gohar Rood organization, are identified indicators for identification and its reduction in organization.         In recent years, risk management has become an inherent part of project management process, particularly in the large and complex projects.Various standards and procedures have been developed for its optimization.Because of short-comings in the quantitative analysis regarding increasing flexibility and speedy trend of risk management,also dependency of the qualitative analysis on linguistic variables in determining risk priorities, and not considering the organizational strategy in risk management, this paper,using fuzzy logic in analysis of linguistic variables,tries to develop a new framework for evaluating risk project based on fuzzy asymmetrical semi-quantilative analysis in accordance with organizational strategy,in order to identify and quantify the relationship between risk indices and their effects on risk projects.The research methodology was quantitative, and the data were collected through interview, observation in a case study of mining petroleum project. The statistical included senior managers in oil industry. The resultes showed that the current approaches in qualitative risk didn`t have a realistic attitude in prioritizing important risks.         The products and services produced by organizations depend on how they are combined and used, which is a function of the company's knowledge. Therefore, today, the ability to manage knowledge is vital for organizations, and knowledge creation and sharing have become important competitive factors. Therefore, recognizing the factors that facilitate the implementation and sharing of knowledge, as well as applying these factors, can be a blueprint and guide for better management. In this study, the factors facilitating knowledge sharing in the Water and Sewerage Organization of Sistan and Baluchestan Province have been studied using the variables of information technology, strategy, structure, and organizational culture. This research is survey research in terms of practical purpose and method. The statistical population of the study is the staff of Sistan and Baluchestan Water and Sewerage Organization and the number of sample members is 92 people who were selected by the available sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was performed by a one-sample t-test with SPSS 19 software and structural equations with Lisrel 8.5 software. Based on the results, the four factors studied include the variables of information technology, strategy, organizational structure and culture, factors that facilitate knowledge sharing in the organization under study.         Electronic customer relationship management (E-CRM) is a strategy for marketing, sales and integration of online services that play an important role in identifying, acquiring and retaining customers, which is considered as the capital of the company. E-CRM relationship between the company and customers to create and enhance relationships with them through the use of modern technology to improve and increase. But the success of E-CRM is only through understanding the factors influencing the effectiveness and success of E-CRM can accessible. This study a model and framework to determine some critical factors of E-CRM is paid. Using structural equation model was tested with partial least squares. The results of the data collected from the 98 employees of the General Administration of Customs show the province of East Azerbaijan the impact of employee satisfaction on the performance of organizations and organizational culture, organizational strategy and innovation begins and the complementarity of these factors have a positive impact on the effectiveness of E-CRM systems.
