        This study aimed to investigate the content of the common discourse of traditional music and rap music in Iran is ten years. To the knowledge of traditional music and rap, to pay for content analysis of these two genres. This research using quantitative and qualitative content analysis method to study themes used in both music. According to Saussure's linguistic signifiers and signified approach and using random sampling of works by Mohammad Reza Shajarian for traditional music and Yasser Bakhtiari (Jasmine) for rap music, in the past ten years. The findings of this study indicate that the dramatic differences in addressing social issues, in both traditional music and rap, is remarkable. Less than a quarter of the traditional music content, deals with social issues. While in rap music, about a third of the content, social issues will be discussed. It seems commonality between traditional music and rap in the least amount of attention to moral values. Both national culture in music, are considered to be relatively equal. In traditional music, more than other categories of more than (40%), paid to the subject of the discourse of power and the least amount of attention to moral values are discussed.   Manuscript profile

        Introduction and the goal of research: The administrative system of the state is also the lack of efficiency and accountability, despite all the efforts in order to its reformation. One of its main factors is inattention to Islamic values and its fundamental role in reforming and the health of administrative system. Hence, this study is to explain the effective factors on the health of bureaucracy and development of moral values. Research method: This study is used by descriptive-analytical method. The society and statistical sample of this study consist of the organizations and institutions that they have done the model of administrative reform or they are doing it. Results: According to the results of the content analysis can conclude that the health of administrative system and the growth of moral values in it, On the one hand, influence the ontological and anthropological principles governing the beliefs of organization people, On the one hand, they influence the trivalent factors, internal and external organization. Conclusion: According to the greatest role of human resources and organizational health and the theory of two-dimensional to the human firstly, it's necessary that they removal workers, inner reform and spiritual development by training-educational programed.         Social security is one of the basic indicators of human well-being and the growth of society and its individuals depends on meeting this basic need. Providing this platform is very important both in the objective dimension (protection against danger) and in its mental dimension (the feeling of safety, which is the same feeling of security in society). Social security is affected by several factors. In the present study, among the various variables that affect social security, the effect of moral values ​​and social trust on the sense of security among Abhari citizens has been investigated. The statistical population of this study is all citizens aged 18 and over in Abhar in 1398. The 360-sample sample of this study was selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The research method was survey and data collection were by questionnaire. Findings showed that the variables of moral values ​​and social trust affect the feeling of security. Among the dimensions of feeling of security, the feeling of economic security of citizens is low. The relationship between age and sense of security was also confirmed. The feeling of security is explained by 0.28 by the variable of moral values ​​and 0.07 by the variable of social trust. The results showed that the feeling of security is related to moral values ​​and social trust, so the attention of officials to increase trust and internalize moral values ​​can be a positive step in the process of promoting a sense of security in citizens.         Social responsibility is one of the most important components of the Islamic lifestyle, and its implementation requires a complete understanding of this term. Understanding responsibility in all aspects, including the relationship with oneself, God, the universe, others and life events leads to the promotion of social responsibility in the society. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating women's self-awareness of social responsibility by explaining the mediating role of adherence to Islamic moral values. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative) and exploratory. The statistical population in the content analysis included verses of the Qur'an, hadiths and traditions of the innocents (PBUH), books and articles in the field of Islamic education about women's self-awareness. In the Delphi method, the participants were all specialists in social sciences and Islamic sciences, and ten specialists were selected using a targeted method. In the content analysis section, the sample was equal to the population. In the quantitative dimension, the statistical population was all the women of Tabriz, 384 of whom were selected by available sampling. The research tools included the questionnaire of social responsibility, Islamic moral values, and the researcher-made questionnaire of women's self-awareness. In the qualitative dimension, the dimensions of women's self-awareness were identified. Also, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis was performed. Finally, five components were extracted. The results in the quantitative dimension showed that women's self-awareness has a significant effect on social responsibility. Also, the effect of adherence to Islamic moral values has a significant effect on social responsibility. The results of the Sobel test confirmed the mediating role of adherence to Islamic moral values between women's self-awareness and social responsibility. Manuscript profile

        The dimming of ethics in all aspects of the great community of sport has become a challenge. The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of the development of ethics in academic sport on the promotion of ethical values in the sports community of the country. The purpose of this research is to apply the type of research in terms of the type of data search (quantitative and qualitative), and in terms of data analysis, a descriptive-correlational type and time domain of the research are of a contemporary type. Field data was collected. The statistical population of the study consisted of all sports experts in the country that were selected randomly using the Morgan table formula. Data collection was done using a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 54 phrases in four components. For analyzing the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods were used with SPSS 21 software. The findings indicated that effective factors affecting the development of ethics in academic sport affecting the promotion of ethical values in the sports community of the country are influential factors of individual-behavioral, subjective, organizational and supra-organizational. According to the average rankings, the ranking of the factors affecting the development of ethics in academic sport showed that the highest rank is in terms of dimensions of individual-behavioral factors, underlying factors, organizational factors, and trans-organization factors.
