AbstractTo deal with different water conditions, a model was developed to determine the optimal irrigation level and the optimal cropping area for major agricultural crops in lands of Moghan irrigation and drainage network in downstream of Aras Dam. In this model, in the stochastic conditions, with considering the uncertainty of required water supply, decision variables (optimal irrigation levels and optimal planting area in certain time steps) are obtained using stochastic dynamic programming (SDP) method. Expected value of the maximum profit from planting crops is considered as the return function. Also in deterministic conditions, the model was run by considering 4 scenarios. The results show the superiority of cropping pattern and optimal irrigation levels (even in water deficiency conditions) in terms of all studied factors compared to the common cropping pattern (even without water deficiency) in the region. Minimum value for factor of the required water per hectare is related to scenario 2 (cropping of low water requirement crops with pressurized irrigation in deterministic conditions) which is equal to 5368.14 m3. This factor in scenarios 1, 3 and 4 is 9079.78; 13496.25and 9211.73 m3 respectively and in the common cropping pattern in the region is 10900m3. Maximum value for factor of profit per hectare is related to scenario 2, equal to 102 million Rials. The mentioned factor for scenarios 1, 3 and 4 are 96.5, 73 and 89.5 million Rials, respectively. Misbehavior of farmers when preparing pesticides can lead to environmental degradation, including surface and groundwater pollution, and the destruction of living organisms in the water; therefore, it is necessary to explain farmers' behaviors regarding the use of chemical inputs on the environment and humans. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the environmental behavior of farmers in Moghan plain (Ardabil province) in the use of pesticides. This study was a descriptive-correlational research, and in terms of data collection, it was a survey research. The statistical population, includes all farmers of irrigated farms in Moghan Plain (2017-2018) (N = 9996). Sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table and by multi-stage sampling with proportional assignment, 400 persons (n =400). The research instrument was a questionnaire whose validity was verified by subject specialists and university professors and finally approved. Reliability of the research tool was also confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The findings showed that farmers had a relatively positive attitude toward environmental protection, totally. Correlation analysis also showed that there was a significant relationship between farmers' environmental behavior with attitude, knowledge, the village distance to agricultural service center, agricultural experience and spray experience.  According to regression analysis, four variables of attitude, knowledge, the village distance to agricultural service center and records of spraying, explain 57.1% of the variance level of environmental behavior of farmers in applying agricultural pesticides. Considering the relationship between attitude and knowledge on the environmental behavior of farmers in the use of agricultural pesticides, attention to the implementation of the theory of the process of transferring innovation (knowledge, attitude and skills) in the form of agricultural extension and education programs in the research area can play an important role to improve farmers' environmental behavior. Groundwater resources are considered as the main and most important sources of drinking water, agriculture and industry. It is necessary to study the quality change and decline in the balance ofthese resources as a result of improper drawing, inappropriate temporal and spatial distribution ofwater resources in Iran and low irrigation efficiency in agriculture, has made water the mostlimiting factor of production in agriculture. In the present study, the fields under cultivation withvarious crops were studied in terms of the effect of cultivating different plants on groundwaterresources in the lands of Moghan Agriculture, Industry and Animal Husbandry Company atdifferent time period according to the type of crop cultivated. For this purpose, spatial andtemporal modeling of the change process was carried out. The results showed that due tosuccessive cultivation and the use of crops that need a lot of water for cultivation, water in twowells in the region has become saline and the water level has decreased. Determining the water requirement of crops in the upcoming period and having an overview of it is essential in water resources management planning and using it we will be able to determine critical areas. The purpose of this research is to estimate the water requirement of wheat using general circulation model data (HadGEM2-ES) by the latest Climate Change Report (Fifth Report) as Representative Concentration Pathway scenarios (RCP), which is scaled using LARSWG model under RCP85 scenario. To this end, 30-year data (1990–2019) were entered into the model, and climatic data were predicted daily for the next 40 years in two time periods (2021–2040) and (2041–2060).The results show that over the 40-year period, all three parameters of maximum, minimum temperature and precipitation will have an increasing trend. In the next step, the data generated to calculate the water requirement of wheat in Pars Abad plain were entered into CROPWAT 8.0 software and it was observed that increasing temperature leads to increase evapotranspiration and increasing water requirement of wheat by 3 to 5% under climate changing.
