Growing of cucumbers in the form of a greenhouse in Iran has expanded a lot in recent years. In this study, the effect of Denai thyme essential oil and two fungicides, fustil aluminum and metalaxyl-mancozeb, were studied for greenhouse cucumber plant dieback disease caused by Phytophthora pseudofungus. In the greenhouse test, the effects of the mentioned treatments on the activity of peroxidase, catalase and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase enzymes in cucumber plants infected by Phytophthora sp. was contaminated, it was measured. The results of the effect of different treatments on the defense mechanisms of the cucumber plant showed that the highest activity of the three enzymes peroxidase, catalase and also the enzyme phenylalanine ammonialyase was related to the treatment of the infected cucumber plant treated with a concentration of 150 ppm fustil aluminum fungicide, which was on the sixth day after Contamination with the pathogen, the activity of the peroxidase enzyme reached ΔOD/Min/mg protein of 1.95. The trend of the activity of all three enzymes was increasing until the sixth day and then decreasing, so that on the tenth day after infecting cucumbers with the pathogen, the activity of this enzyme decreased in fustil aluminum treatment and reached 29/ΔOD/Min/mg protein. 1 receipt. The treatment using Fustil aluminum fungicide on all the days of sampling compared to all other treatments had a significant difference in terms of enzyme activity level. On all sampling days, enzyme activity in metalaxyl-mancozeb treatment was significantly higher than control. On the 10th day after sampling, the activity level of all three enzymes decreases in all treatments compared to the 8th day, but the process of enzyme activity in different treatments is the same as the rest of the days. In other words, all the treatments are able to increase the activity of this enzyme compared to the control, but more importantly, this enzyme is also affected by the days of sampling. The results showed that Danai thyme was able to induce defense enzymes against the pathogen on all sampling days. In other words, the essential oil of this plant can affect the defense mechanisms of the plant along with the chemical inducers, and in this way, reduce the damage caused by pathogens to the plant. Damping off of cucumber caused by Pythium aphanidermatum (Edson) Fitzp. Usually appears when climatic conditions especially high humidity and favorable temperature are available and also in the lack of crop rotation. In the present study efficacy of some fungicides inctuding Propamocarb hydrochloride (Proplant722sl®), Metalaxyl (Ridomyl GR 5 %®) and Bordeaux Fix (SC 18 %®) on control of cucumber damping off was investigated in nursery and greenhouse. The effect of Propamocorb hydrochloride with dosages 0.75, 1 and 1.25 ml/1000 was compared whit Metalaxyl G2.5g/m2, Bordeaux Fix Sc5 mg/1000 and control (without fungicide) using a completely randomized designe.Simple and combined analysis of variance was carried out by SAS soft ware. The results showed that the percentages of cucumber seeding’s damping off in nursery and greenhouse were significantly different among the fungicides with apphed dosages. In nursery, Propamocarb hydrochloride 1ml/1000 with 7.62% damping off had the highest effect on disease control and Bordeaux Fix with 41.50% damping off had the lowest effect compared to the other fungicides and control treatments. In greenhouse, the highest and lowest percentages of damping off (45.00% and 3.75%, respectively) were recorded in propamocarb hydrochloride 0.75 m/1000 and metalaxyl 2.5g/m2 treatments. Introduction: Controlling the residual pesticides in food, particularly fruits and vegetables, is essential to preserving its health. Diazinon and metalaxyl as substance pesticides have been the focal point of numerous agrarian makers because of their extensive variety of adequacy, yet on the off chance that their period of usability isn't noticed, the presence of harmful buildups in the items, and the well-being of utilization truly imperils the clients.  Aim: This study evaluated the effects of spraying cucumber plants with diazinon and metalaxyl and after transformation cucumbers pickled were measured. Methods and Materials: The amount of residual metalaxyl toxin and the amount of residual diazinon toxin in harvested cucumbers and pickled cucumbers were measured. The residual amount of toxins in the pickled cucumbers was measured to investigate the effect of the preparation procedure. Results: After the 10-day aging period, the results revealed that the residual amount of diazinon toxin in cucumber reached 0.0655 mg/kg. The outcomes showed that the impact of the cycle (pickling cucumbers) causes how much diazinon remaining toxic substance in the salted cucumber item to diminish as far as mg of toxic substance per kilogram of cucumber. Cucumbers can be harvested prior to the aging period without worrying about the expiration of the toxic effect period and used to prepare pickled cucumbers because the pasteurized pickled cucumber conversion process reduces the residual diazinon in the cucumbers. Conclusion: Accordingly, it tends to be inferred that the utilization of change cycles, for example, transforming cucumbers into pickles causes the number of toxins and pesticides utilized for rural items can be diminished by utilizing this interaction. This issue is not supported by the metalaxyl toxin research. Solvent extraction was used to extract pesticides from the samples, and gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to measure them.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Manuscript profile
