        Media is one of the powerful tools of development and media management achieves how to achieve this goal. In this research, the model of competency indicators and skills of media managers has been studied. This research is applied and is mixed in terms of research method. In the qualitative part, the data approach of the foundation has been used. And in a small part of statistics Descriptive and inferential statistics have been used. The statistical population of this research was in the qualitative part of managers and experts in the field of media who were selected by snowball and purposeful method. The interview with the participants continued until the theoretical saturation reached and this important point was obtained in interview 12. Qualitative data analysis of the research consists of three stages of coding (open, axial and selective) using the powerful software MAXQDA2018. Cochran's formula was estimated at 298 people. Structural equation modeling using PLS3 software has been used to analyze the data in a quantitative part.
