        This study aimed to investigate role mediator mental health in relationship between dimension paternalistic leadership with performance job. This research any sort study is descriptive correlational study sample included all staff year 1396 lorestan university has established a number of 575 people. The statistical sample of 234 people is the sample using the method stratified proportional size selected. For data collection questionnaires. Paternalistic Leadership vivian sheer (2012), Performance Job paterson (1970) and Mental Health Goldberg & Hillier (1979) was used. For the analysis using of structural equation modeling.The results show that Among the dimensions of paternalistic leadership, relationship authoritarian leadership with job performance reduse (β= - 0/262)relationship benevolent leadership (β = 0.288) and etical leadership (β = 0.186) to increased with job performance. The relationship authoritarian leadership decreases with mental health (B = -0.248),relationship benevolent leadership (β = 0.175), and etical leadership (β = 0.452) increase with mental health of theemployee. Ther is relationship increase between mental health with job performance (β = 0.298). The effect of authoritarian leadership on job performance was indirect (β = - 0.073) explained with mediating role of mental health(β= - 0.335). Manuscript profile

        Context: Employee creativity and the use of their opinions are the most important factors influencing the development of organizations and act as the antidote to laziness and weakness in the organization. Meanwhile, various factors affect employees' creativity, including workplace ostracism and organizational silence. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of organizational silence in the relationship between workplace ostracism and employees' creativity at Lorestan University. Research method: The present descriptive-exploratory research is applied in terms of purpose and is based on the deductive research and positivism paradigm in term of philosophy. The statistical population of the study was 440 employees of Lorestan University. Based on Morgan's table, a sample of 205 people was selected by stratified random sampling. In order to measure the variables of the research, the (Ferris et al’s, 2008) workplace ostracism Questionnaire, (Torrance’s, 2001), creativity Questionnaire and the (Bouradas and Maria’s, 2019) organizational silence Questionnaire were used and Their reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. For data analysis, structural equations modeling and PLS software have been used. Findings: Research findings show that workplace ostracism has a positive relationship with organizational silence and a negative relationship with employee's creativity. Conclusion: The overall results of the study show that workplace ostracism has a negative relationship with employee's creativity both directly and through organizational silence. Manuscript profile

For data analysis, structural equations modeling and PLS software have been used.Findings: Findings show that Machiavellian leadership has a negative and significant relationship with employees' creativity and a positive and significant relationship with emotional exhaustion, emotional exhaustion has a negative and significant relationship with employees' creativity, also Machiavellian leadership has a significant negative relationship with employees' creativity through emotional exhaustion.Conclusion: The overall results of the study show that Machiavelli leaders by increasing their personal interests over organizational interests and using tools as employees to achieve their goals increase employee stress and emotional fatigue, which in turn reduces employees' creativity. For data analysis, structural equations modeling and PLS software have been used.Findings: Findings show that exploative leadership has a negative and significant relationship with employees' creativity and a positive and significant relationship with organizational cynicism, organizational cynicism has a negative and significant relationship with employees' creativity, also exploative leadership has a significant negative relationship with employees' creativity through organizational cynicism.Conclusion: Exploitative leaders who, with all their selfishness, are highly focused on achieving their personal goals and do not spare any effort in this direction, have caused dissatisfaction and a feeling of organizational cynicism in employees, which causes negative thoughts towards The organization and the feeling of frustration and discouragement among the employees will increase, as a result of which their creativity will decrease.
