        Background: Recently, Knowledge management and information technology have been interesting topics for researchers but the relationship between these two concepts is needed to be investigated. Objective: The aim of this study is to clarify the relation between information technology adequacy and the level of knowledge management. Methods: This study concentrates on the industrial firms located in industrial firms of Golestan province. Subsequently 140 managers, supervisors and experts are considered as the research sample. In order to examine research hypotheses structural equation modelling technique was applied. Findings: Results indicated that information technology adequacy could positively affect dimensions of knowledge management including knowledge generation, knowledge transfer, knowledge documentation and knowledge record. Conclusion: Results of our study could increase the level of insight of mangers of industrial firms as well as mangers in service sector about the role of information technology as an enabler for knowledge management. In specific, applying information technology tools could assist the firm in all processes of knowledge management.   Manuscript profile

        Knowledge management is a process that helps organizations to make greater power with fewer facilities. Knowledge management is a new method for administrating organization and sharing mental and scientific sources. Implementation of Knowledge management requires provision of appropriate per-requisites. One of the important conditions is coordination among numerous organizational factors. This paper is going to study 2 factors: organizational culture and organizational structure. Knowledge management process has different elements. In this research, we are going to consider elements of knowledge creation and knowledge transfer. The Case is Hamkaran system Company. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between organizational factors (organizational culture and organizational structure) and elements of knowledge management (knowledge creation and knowledge transfer). The mentioned organizational factors are the most important factors in implementation process of knowledge management.         Knowledge of employees is the most important capital of a company, which is a necessity to maintain and transfer this knowledge in the form of documentation. Accordingly, the present study examines the methods and methods for documenting the technical knowledge of the personnel and managers of the companies that produce Arvand Free Zone. This research is one of a variety of applied development research that has been done by the method of analysis of the qualitative approach. The tool was a semi-structured interview and the study population was staffed by managers and managers of the companies that produced Arvand Free Zone. Sixty (30 managers and 30 employees) were selected through targeted sampling. Results showed that knowledge In manufacturing companies, there is a mix of knowledge of what, what, who and how much more of these knowledge is, in terms of nature, tacit knowledge that is not reflected in corporate documents. Experiences, technical details, methods, analyzes and mistakes during the work are not documented, and only generalizations and results are transmitted in the form of documents.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of teachers' use of social networks on empowering them with the mediating role of knowledge transfer. The purpose of this study is practical and descriptive correlational in nature. The population of the study consisted of 428 second-grade teachers in the second district of Bandar Abbas city. The sample size was 9 persons who were selected by stratified random sampling using Krejcie and Morgan table. Data collection tools were Spritzer Empowerment Questionnaires (1995) with 2 items, Halton et al. (1) education questionnaire with 2 items, 2-item social networks (1), face validity and content validated by experts. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine their reliability at the values ​​of 0.5, 0.5 and 0.5, respectively. Data were analyzed using SPSS23 and LISREL8.80 software. The results showed that using social network had a direct effect on teachers' knowledge transfer. Using social networking has a direct effect on empowering teachers. Knowledge transfer has a direct effect on empowering teachers. And knowledge transfer plays a mediating role in the impact of using social networking on empowering teachers. Manuscript profile

        Purpose:This study aims to assess knowledge management standards in the seventh, fourteenth and fifteenth regional branches of Iran Islamic Azad University (IAU) websites. Methodology:The present research has been done by a descriptive survey method. The statistical population of this study is consisted of all websites of IAU in the seventh, fourteenth and fifteenth regional branches. An evaluation model known as knowledge Access, Creation and Transfer (K-ACT) was presented for evaluating the academic websites. Results: Findings show that in standard of knowledge access Sirjan branch has acquired the highest rank among all branches of the three regions. In standard of knowledge creation the website of Zahedan branch, which is placed in the 14th region, has obtained the highest rank. The latest standard is knowledge transfer that Bardsir branch has acquired the best position among all of them. Totally,among the three standards, Zahedan branch obtained the highest rank among all branches of IAU and the second position was is Sirjan branch . At the end,Hajiabad branch got the lowest position. Conclusion: Although many of academic branches in the three regions were using the internet and information technology, in general, they acted without support from science. They presented the total information of the universities on their websites and did not pay attention to different functions and services which could be done by knowledge management topic in the field of information technology.
