        This paper will investigate, through an analysis of the story “Zal and Rudabeh”, Ferdowsi’s views on love and wisdom. The story depicts a comprehensive and credible image of love, passion, wisdom and patriotism, which reflect Ferdowsi’s realistic viewpoint and the lover’s interaction with and meditation on current problems. Thus, in a credible context, Zal, who is not an embodiment of physical beauty unlike in many romances, endeavors to reach his beloved through wisdom, perseverance and humanity. As the story unfolds, love and passion are represented along with pacifism, patriotism, and wisdom, and Ferdowsi takes the story beyond earthly love, transforming it to a profound, transcendental and beautiful notion which disseminates the message of interaction, wisdom, and compromise.         Abstract Description of love and explanation of the spiritual conditions of lover and beloved in the literature has special and widespread manifestation. The high frequency of topics on love and literature and culture of nations proves this matter. In the Persian literature, expounding of love, whether in numerous abstract love or in mystical heritage, divine love of man to love God or God's love to human being are of the most exquisite and luminous gems of man's thought. At this time, the Indian style, especially Naziri Nishaboori's poetry because of taking advantage of this style, has notable stance. Naziri's lyrics express his internal conditions of mind and are so exquisite that they appeal any listener even if he/she is tasteless. In this research the love and love circumstances are scanned in brevity. This paper has been written in descriptive – analytic method and the findings show that Naziri Nishaboori had special attention to the matter of love and utilized from Araghy style as a previous tradition.         Abstract         This research is a literary and sociological comparison with one of the most important themes of Persian poetry in the past and today's periods of time. We have tried, in this article, to study the course of evolution of love and its relationship with the elitism with emphasis on Maulana and Shamloo's poetry. In this library research, Maulana's ideas have been studied and compared with the contemporary well-known poet Shamloo's. The findings of present article show that the meaning of love and elitism , in the classic and contemporary poetry, are only common terms and the function of the implication of love reflect different themes. The frequencies of love and elitism, the power of ultra love and its impact on elitism, creation of unity in love, the trust of man in God's love; and in Shamloo's poetry , it includes the joy of love in the elite man, truthfulness of man in love, faith etc … . The conclusion of this research is the transformation in the approach to love and elitism that changes simultaneously with the change of the emotion and the manifestation of love and the type of the beloved.         Abstract In recent years, the study of social problems have been seen as one of the most important parts of Persian literature texts which culminated in valuable works written in this field. The aim of this study was to analyze the sociological concept of love in Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Balkhī‘s thoughts (Mowlānā). In this study, content analysis was used to analyze the data compiled.  The research method involved analyzing the works of Mowlānā and his thoughts were then compared and contrasted in terms of sociological viewpoints with other sociologists’ comments. The statistical population consisted of famous works of Mowlānā from which three important works (Masnavi, Divan-e Shams-e Tabrizi and Fihi Ma-Fihi) were selected as this study’s sample through targeted sampling. The results of the analysis suggests that Mowlānā is informing us that without love our social life would have no purpose or destination. Manuscript profile
