Abstract The main purpose of this research was the prediction of teacher organizational citizenship behavior based on them organizational learning in high schools. Descriptive research method was correlation method. The statistic society of this research consisted of high school teachers of Ardabil which were 1070. Among this number, 265 were selected based on Kokran formula by sampling method. The data collection tools were tow standard questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior of Orogan and Konoski by reliability of 0/73 and organizational learning questionnaire of Chiva et al, coworkers by reliability of 0/93. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistic methods (Pearson correlation and stepwise multi regression) the Findings of the research showed that all elements organizational learning except risk-taking with teacher organizational citizenship behavior has positive relationship. Abstract This study aimed to "examine the relationship between organizational learning and organizational innovation experts Isfahan University" is the method was studied. University experts who study population consisted of 273 people, 130 of them simple random sampling method and on the basis of writing and colleagues (1372) were selected. The instruments used in this research were organizational learning Nife (2001) and organizational innovation questionnaire that reliability through Cornbrash's alpha .090 And .089 Obtained . For data analysis Pearson correlation, stepwise regression was used. Pearson correlation test showed a significant relationship between organizational learning and organizational innovation there. Test results show that all components of organizational learning has a positive and significant relationship with organizational innovation. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between dimensions of organizational learning and organizational innovation (product innovation, process innovation and business innovation) There is a significant positive relationship. Regression analysis showed that among the components of organizational learning, knowledge sharing four dimensions, organizational learning culture, leadership and team work and learning as predictive variables, regression equation to explain changes to the criteria for organizational innovation ( criterion variable), possess and components of systems thinking, common vision and competence and skills of employees due to lack significant role in predicting organizational innovation was removed from the equation.

The present research is conducted to study the relationship between organizational learning and librarian empowerment of public libraries in Markazi Province. This is a descriptive survey. Research statistical population included 146 librarians of public libraries in Markazi province working at 12 offices and 1 management unit. Due to limited statistical population, all (146) individuals were investigated without sampling. Research data were collected using through a demographic questionnaire, Spritzer's psychological empowerment questionnaire, and Nife's Organizational Learning Questionnaire. Research results showed that there is a strong positive relationship between five empowerment components and organizational learning. The significant relationship between job and organizational learning was 0.937; it equaled 0.934 for the relationship between competence and organizational learning. The relationship between independence and organizational learning was measured r=0.924; the relationship between effectiveness and organizational learning was obtained 0.953. And finally, the relationship between trust in colleagues and organizational learning was 0.964.
