        Background: Social security is one of the most important indicators of social and economic development of a country and national security depends on the sustainability and protection of the resources of this fund. Insurance violations are one of the most important threats of this organization and have turned it into a social issue. Objective: To investigate the effect of social, cultural and economic capital on the tendency of employers to insure violations in the field of work and occupation in Isfahan province. Method: In terms of practical purpose and in terms of descriptive-survey nature, the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on five-choice questions. The statistical population of all employers in Isfahan province (n = 105777) and based on Cochran's formula was estimated at 5% error level and the sample population was 382 people by simple random sampling method without alternatives. Regression models were performed using Amos 24 software. Results: According to the research results, 33% of the variance of the dependent variable (tendency to insurance violations) is explained by the independent variable (social capital), 18% by the independent variable (cultural capital) and 2% by the independent variable (economic capital). Conclusion: Social capital and cultural capital are effective on the tendency of employers' insurance violations, but economic capital is not effective.  Manuscript profile

        Despite many advances in identifying insurance frauds, the cost caused by these frauds is still increasing for insurance companies. This research seeks to identify and prioritize insurance frauds and violations and the antecedents affecting them in the field of supplementary medical insurance (Dana insurance of Sistan and Baluchistan province). The method of this study is exploratory in the first stage of data collection and survey in the second stage of data collection. The required data and information have been collected first through library studies and interviews, and then through questionnaires appropriate to each part. The questionnaires were analyzed based on the traditional fuzzy Delphi method. In order to identify the frauds and violations of supplementary medical insurances and related antecedents, 16 experts in this field were identified non-randomly and their opinions were asked. The results were analyzed using SPSS and Excel software. The results of this research showed that in order to prevent insurance frauds and violations, insurance companies can identify the most important causes of violations by carefully validating agents and customers, increase human resources, create points for agents without violations, and determine strict rules in the insurance industry to reduce Fraud and violations in insurance companies can help.
