        AbstractBackground: Despite the focus of information technology in the current world, productivity is considered as the main factor for the success of organizations. As a result, Investing in IT is widely regarded as having enormous potential for reducing costs, enhancing productivity, and improving living standards.Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the paradox of IT efficiency by examining the impact of using information technology on productivity At the East Azerbaijan Tax Affairs Head Office from the perspective of the staff of this organization.Methodology: The method used in this research is descriptive-survey method and the sample is 256 managers and employees of the organization selected by targeted sampling method. In order to collect the data, a questionnaire of 30 questions was used.Findings: The results of this research show that the use of information technology At the East Azerbaijan Tax Affairs Head Office has increased the productivity of the organization.Conclusion: It is desirable for managers of the East Azerbaijan Tax Affairs Head Office to invest in targeted, optimal and effective IT facilities and equipment, seeking to improve their efficiency and effectiveness indicators, thereby increasing the productivity of their organization.         Introduction: Alignment is a key factor in creating competitive advantage, value and realizing the goals of organization, and the permanent concern of managers. In "Healthcare system", in addition to environmental dynamism, the plurality of Business is the challenge to achieving alignment. Alignment requires a strategic attitude and the participation of all managers and the starting point of this process is to understand the position of the organization. The purpose of this study was assessing the Business-IT Alignment Maturity of "Iran University of Medical Sciences" and provides a strategy for promoting it. Methods: This descriptive-survey research was conducted in the summer of 2017. The research population was "Iran University" managers, who were divided into three areas: executive, educational and IT. The stratified random sampling method was used and the sample size was 122. For data collection, the Liftman questionnaire (2015) was used. Data analysis was performed with SPSS and Friedman tests. Results: The mean of alignment was 2.55. "Infrastructure", "partnership", "skills", "communication", "competency" and "governance" were ranked first to sixth (2.78, 2.67, 2.64, 2.63, 2.49, and 2.17). Also, the scoring patterns of alignment dimensions were different in businesses of the organization. Conclusion: The organization was in the second level of alignment maturity and the goal should be the third level. The situation of "infrastructure" and "partnership" was appropriate, but "governance" and "competency" were not favorable. The organization needs a change in the "governance" of IT. It is also necessary to integrate the attitudes of managers in different areas of the organization. Manuscript profile

        Following information technology influence in industrial solstice in the world, Iran Capital Market included too and even has a faster solstice toward other fields. In continuation of dealing methods change chain, Direct Market Access (DMA) as a technological tool improves this way to achieve better e-dealing. The problems engender because of DMA lack are an important reason to use it. Specially now when Iran Capital Market try and plan to attract foreign investors. In this research tries to introduce DMA and taxonomy various factors influenced in implementation after detection. Based on E-readiness measurement models to implementing E-commerce some factors extracted and after adjusting them with related Iran Market Capital organizations divides these factors in six sub-groups inclusive in Technical/Infrastructure, Juridical, Cultural/Training, Economical, Organizational/Social and Risk Management. First uses Factor Analysis to summarize factors and then prioritizes them by using Taxonomy method. This research results represent to do evolutionary activities in how to trade and implementing DMA in a best platform must seriously invest in infrastructural technical factors. One of the most important preconditions of this evolution is Centralized Risk Management unfortunately applies inefficiently and in traditional mode.         Tele-working is part of the new world jobs. Such a work style that has gained a lot of adherents in very recent years is depended on the Information technology (IT) effective utilization. Information technology (IT) is an auxiliary to promote such a work style but to attain it; other factors should be considered; alike, organization, work identity, the employee characters, life style, gender and… Beside the advantages and benefits of such a work style there have been consequences for individuals, families and organizations that must be taken in to concern. The women employment status, Tele-working implementation, negative and positive consequences for the women and their families caused by such a work style were reviewed in the present paper. Tele-working donated the home locus opportunity to women to stay beside the family while stimulatingly carrying out house keeping, child nurturing tasks and their job duties, but this might cause some problems for the women and their families.
