        Nostalgia is a term of psychology that has been entered into literature. It is defined as an unconscious behavior, which manifests itself as an instinctive, general and natural emotion. This behavioral stance is influenced by various individual and social factors, such as imprisonment and exile, reminding of childhood and youth memories, mourning over glorious past, thinking about death, arrival of aging signs, and so on.Naderpour is one of the prominent poets of the school of romanticism that the elemnts of nostalgia is represented in his poems. Elements such as homeland, childhood, youth and old age, family, longtime friends, myths, archeisms, utopia, and beloved have been used effectively in Naderpur's poetry. The method of the present research is descriptive and it is a content analysis. The results show that the poet's homesickness has disturbed his soul and this sorrow does not let him go. Nostalgia, is one of the most important elements of his poetry and he has paid more attention to terms such as homeland, myth, childhood, aging and death, and old friends in comparison with other components.Also there is a meaningful relationship between nostalgia and mental and lingusitic structure of the poet.
