One of the conditions of penalties, besides criminal behavior, is the authentication of criminal situation in a way we can attribute this action to its doer. This criminal capacity has two principles: knowledge and free will. If the doer is unaware to the law, it is called "Ignorance of Law", which has four kinds: intentional delinquent ignorance, non-intentional delinquent ignorance, intentional non- delinquent ignorance, and non-intentional non- delinquent ignorance.     Considering the authentication of criminal situation, it can be said that ignorance of law removes criminal responsibility. According to the Islamic rules, non-intentional ignorance of law removes any kind of criminal responsibility. Manuscript profile

Folklore games are an important part of the general culture of any nation. These games have more ethnic and local aspects and express the national and cultural identity of the past tribes as a precious heritage. Historical studies show that sports and games are an integral part of human social life and according to the climatic and geographical conditions of each region, games and sports are prevalent, which in many cases have gained more influence in the surrounding lands. Ignorant poetry is the Divan of knowledge, beliefs, games, customs, beliefs, and Arab history and culture in this era. Hence, many of their local indigenous games are reflected in the poetry of this period. In the contemporary period, poets such as Ahmad Shoghi, Nizar Qabbani, Hafez Ibrahim, Sami Al-Baroudi and Khalil Motaran have implicitly referred to folklore games in their poems. In the epistemological geometry of Shiites, the knowledge of Imam has a special importance. Because the meaning and concept of the Imam according to the Shiites is the perfect human being who is the mediator of divine grace, and by establishing a relationship with the true Imam, it can gain a correct knowledge of God and other doctrinal principles. This is why in the hadith of the knowledge of Imam, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said: "If someone dies and the Imam does not know his Imam, he has died to the death of ignorance." The hadith of Imam's knowledge is one of the consecutive and valid hadiths between Shiites and Sunnis. This hadith has been considered by the authors from different angles. But a significant question is what is meant by ignorant death? According to the author, undoubtedly, the hadith of knowledge and similar narrations express the importance and necessity of guardianship, and those who are merely non-mystics to the Imam of their time cannot be excommunicated. The importance of the Qur’an is that it is the word of God and that it was issued for the guidance of mankind. Therefore, attributing a meaning to the words of the Qur’an is a dangerous matter that must be fully reassured, lest we fall into the dilemma of slandering God Almighty. The Arabic language is in eloquence, rhetoric, sweetness and gentleness to a degree that no other language can reach. And in the strangeness to the extent that with the increase and decrease in the movement or letter in the pronunciation, or in the modalities of the composition of the words from the introduction and the delay, the different meanings occurred because the Arabic language in rhetoric and eloquence has many provisions that are specific to this language, and if these considerations are used in another language, they Invalidate and useless. And after the conquest of the country and the mixing of the Arabs and the non-Arabs, forgetting the eloquent language is a possible matter. That is why some scholars in the early days of Islam composed Arabic dictionaries and cared about the language of the eloquent and the Arab rhetoricians, and cited the pre-Islamic poetry that was free from mixing with the non-Arabic language. Research on the languages of the Qur’an, especially the foreign ones, has been discussed among Muslims, and because the language of every people must be inferred from their eloquent speech, and this is one of the most important reasons for collecting eloquent Arabic poems.
