This article explains and compares the views of Ibn Sina and G.E. Moore in the field of realist ethics and while discussing the method of intuition in recognizing moral characteristics. Realism in ethics means the objectivity of moral propositions, and therefore moral properties are intuitive. The main issue of research on the formulation of Ibn Sina's views, along with the principles of realism and the method of intuition, is whether the moral propositions under popular opinion follow the same principles that Moore put forward in the discussion of realism in ethics and how they can be intuitive. Moore's moral realism is based on the intuitionism of moral qualities such as good and evil, which are unacceptable to the natural or metaphysical. According to Ibn Sina, moral realism is defined and intuitive based on the moral presuppositions such as good and bad. In this attitude, the good and the bad for the soul are explained as a being whose exaltation and happiness is a real thing. The results of this study show that for Moore, the relationship between moral issues and predicates such as good and bad is an intuitive thing, which is defined as a good relationship with the greatest possible good, and this combination and understanding requires reflection and intellectual maturity of the moral agent. According to Ibn Sina, the relationship between moral issues and moral presuppositions such as good and bad is explained on the basis of the reputation of moral propositions and the intuitions of the wise of the people. The first step in understanding the teachings of the Quran is the knowledge and understanding of the meaning of the Quranic words. In Arabic, sometimes, for a meaning of a word, there are several terms that sometimes they are similar in semantic field and paranoid words, sometimes with semantic and existential differences.  one of the Quranic words, words phrases It is related to the field of good deeds. because their concepts, although seemingly synonymous, appear to be synonymous with their application in the Qur'anic verses, which means that although these two terms belong to a semantic domain and they have a meaning close to each other, but they can not substitute one another, and this is a sign of their semantic difference; it is seen in verse 104 of Al-Imran (which says))and, from among you, a group of people, to invite people [to goodness and to persuade the work of the chamber and to prevent ugliness, and they are the same prosperous.)) The famous verse is used in this verse, where no one can be placed elsewhere. The two words in the meaning of goodness are similar in meaning and goodness; good is every good act (including goodness to others) attributed to God, but not known to God, because something intellectually or Shari'a is well-known and good, does not mean God. Due to the syntax of the verse, the turning the command of the famous and the forbidding of the vice is a special turning point to the general Manuscript profile

Jurisprudential analysis of the unpopular views of Sheikh Sadouq on inheritance Sheikh Sadouq is one of the fourth-century jurists in a period that is related to the absence of the Imam. Almost all jurisprudential fields have opinions contradictory to the famous Imamiyyah jurisprudence. The authors of this paper examined the legal jurisprudence of their subjects on inheritance and showed that Sadouq’s five cases of inheritances are: 1- Inheritance of not having child of child in the presence of a deceased parent. 2- Partnership between grandpa and grandchild in inheriting deceased property. 3- Inheriting the mother of a deceased woman by imagining one-sixth spouse as a share and the rest by return. 4- If the sole heir is his wife, the woman inherits a quarter of the property at the time of Imam's presence and, in absentia, will inherit all. 5- Inheritance freed from liberator. The result of this research is to show that the opinions of the not famous jurisprudents, including Sheikh Saduq, also have valid and reliable narrative support. Therefore, their views appear to be able to stand up to prominent promises and can be effective in Iranian law and may be a factor in changing the inheritance of civil law disputes, which have largely followed prominent pronouncements. One of cases among circumstance which is discussing in methodology is reputation of fatwa. The jurists of methodology only argue in its authority and lack of authority. Whereas the access to the fatwa  of great holy jurists is also discussed. Hence, Sheikh Ansari in his book " Rasael" has defined  the reputation of  fatwa as the options of great jurists. The authors' opinion is that the access to the ideas of great jurists who are famous and non- famous is impossible for some reasons such as the idea of anonymity of jurisprudents, dissimulating against fanatical ruler and deletion of the most written works. Hence what we call reputation of fatwa in methodology book is infrequent fatwa of jurists. It emphasizes the fatwa of famous jurists. But this fatwa is not proof of reputation of fatwa. The issue of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil is one of the most key and fundamental Islamic issues. Many verses and narrations have emphasized this religious, social and political doctrine and have studied and warned about its various dimensions. It has always been forgotten and even one step above it has been neglected and neglected. Enjoining the good and forbidding the evil is a very sensitive issue and should be accompanied by compassion and choosing the best moral methods. When a person deals with the thesis of his soul, this action of his is a good ground for cultivating inner capacity and, consequently, mental health. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to accurately implement the commandment of the good and the prohibition of the bad, and since the commandment of the good and the prohibition of the bad is directly related to religion and the world and the reputation of individuals, it has a special sensitivity. Obviously, just as abandoning this divine obligation is destructive and dangerous, its implementation will be harmful without observing the limits and paying attention to the conditions, levels, morale and capacity of individuals. In the present era, which threatens the all-round health of human beings, returning to religious teachings is the guarantor of the all-round health of the Islamic society. And this divine duty is a suitable cover for the protection of the individual and society. Manuscript profile
