        Considering that the study of social systems is the basis of organizational research, the present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors affecting the productivity of educational organizations with emphasis on social systems in a qualitative way from the Grounded Theory. The statistical population of the study was a group of experts in the field of productivity. 25 people were randomly selected as a sample. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview with productivity experts. by conceptual analysis of data, 20 organizational factors affecting productivity, 16 organizational barriers to productivity, 12 organizational factors underlying productivity, 35 strategic organizational factors, 20 causal factors and 7 organizational outcomes around the five main axes of education, research, culture, student and credits and facilities were obtained.         The purpose of this article is to systematically study and present a meta-combination of theoretical models and research conducted in the field of productivity of educational organizations in Iran and foreign countries. The research has been done with a qualitative approach of the type of synthesis research with meta-combined method. The statistical population of the research includes 10 dissertations and 40 articles related to the subject of productivity. 6 dissertations and 10 articles were selected as a sample by non-random purposeful method.To collect the data of the present study, books, articles and dissertations and semi-structured interviews with productivity experts were used. The result was a combination of identifying 198 repetitive variables and finally creating a conceptual framework in the field of organizational productivity around the five main axes of education, research, culture, student and credits and facilities in both quantitative and qualitative dimensions.
