In theseorganizations, those activities are selected for outsourcing which decrease the overhead costs.In spite of wide studies about outsourcing a documented and comprehensive procedure for decisionmaking is not provided in the literature. In most articles, Only a quantitative spect of the decision makingprocess, that is cost, is considered or some guidelines are provided about the strategic nature of the decisions.In this study, a model is provided to make decisions about the amount of outsouring of maintenancesystems in manufacturing companies.Maintenance of equipment is mainly one of the candidates of outsourcing in manufacturing companies.With respect to importance of the system, while making decisions to outsource them, all related advantagesand risks should be considered and their short and long term outcomes should be regarded.In this model, first, using cluster analysis technique, all maintenance activities will be divided to someclusters. Then, it will be decided which of the clusters should be outsourced. Decision – making stepsinclude; Core competence, suppliers' market analysis, Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP), sensitivityanalysis and final decision – making.         The purpose of this study is to develop a model for strategic parenting in Iran Khodro. The followingobjects are considered:to recognize the specifications of strategic holding-parenting style in the world;A- to determine the existing situation of Iran Khodro Group from a holding–parenting style point ofview; and to present a suitable model for the Iran Khodro strategic parenting style.Most existing research employs a descriptive measurement. Library studying, semi-structured verbalinterviews, and two ascertained questionnaires were used for the present reserach. thirty literaturereview reveals three distinguished characteristics of the strategic holding-parenting style.Semi-structured interviews were done for 13 persons in order to understand the present situation ofIran Khodro Industrial Group and to compare it with the characteristics depicted in the literature. Theresults indicate that six characteristics are considered in Iran Khodro. A first questionnaire wasprepared to understand the conceptual framework of model and the proposed duties; as a result, 16duties were determined and approved by experts. A second questionnaire was prepared to ensure thesuitability of the proposed model; university professors' opinions were polled in the holding office. Toanalyze the data from the questionnaires, descriptive and deductive statistics such as figuresupposition, multi-variable statistical analyzing, abundance calculation, percentage, cause analyzing,and MPL were utilized.         Many university graduates do not succeed in their field of study after graduation, one of the reasons for this problem is lack of educational motivation and needed competencies during their study. The main purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between core and professional competencies of agricultural students and the social structure of education with the mediating role of educational motivation. This study as an applied research has used a quantitative methodology through a descriptive- correlation method. The statistical population of this study were 440 agricultural students from Bu-Ali Sina University at three levels B.Sc, M.Sc. and Ph.D in Hamedan. Based on a stratified random sampling method, 205 students were selected using Cocheran formula. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire whose validity was confirmed during a panel of experts’ views and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test and it was α= 0.79 for different parts of the questionnaire. The results of the research showed that there is a significant positive relationship between variables the core and professional competencies with the social structure of education. Also, the results of multiple regression revealed that social structure of education can determine 67 percent of core competencies but 59 percent of professional competencies. Also, the results of path analyzing by Lisrel and SmartPLS3 software showed a direct and significant correlation between both core and professional competencies with the social structure of education (β= 0.69, β=0.84) and an indirect relationship between competencies, educational motivation and social structure of education Manuscript profile

        The main objective of this study was to evaluate the external effectiveness of the curriculum of undergraduate courses in Bandar Abbas branch of Islamic Azad University on the competencies of the graduates. The statistical population for this study was included all of the undergraduate alumni from human sciences group, engineering, natural resources, science, law and theology courses who have already graduated in 2006. Their data was recorded at the Alumni Association of the University and all of them are already employed. 159 subjects were selected by using the available sampling method. The model of the three dimensional eye of competence (International Project Management Association, 2008) was used to design the questionnaire in order to be distributed among all members of society. Data were analyzed by using inferential statistical methods. The results showed that: 1- The fields of technical, behavioral and contextual competencies of the graduates were less than desirable. 2- In all fields, the external effectiveness of the curriculum based on the technical competency in the male graduates was higher than female graduates. 3- In all fields, the external effectiveness of the curriculum based on the behavioral and contextual competencies in the female graduates were higher than male graduates.
