        The present study was conducted with the aim of sociological analysis of the process in formation of new reference groups and their impact on the process in formation of citizenship ethics in Iran in the last three decades in the educational year 99.The study population were students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, units the Central Tehran and Research the Sciences in Islamic Azad University in Tehran. The theoretical framework was a combination of the theories of "Durkheim, Parsons, Habermas, Wallerstein, Giddens, Seyfollahi and Merton". Survey method, researcher-made questionnaire technique, cluster sampling and sample size were determined based on Cochran's formula (369 people). Data analysis was performed with Amos software.The results of the Pearson correlation coefficient confirmed the positive and significant relationship between the external Community Factors, internal Community Factors and mass media and in formation of new reference groups affecting citizenship ethics. The results of path analysis also confirmed the positive effect of cyberspace in formation of new reference groups, and the most effect of this space was related to Instagram on celebrities as a new reference group. The results of path analysis also confirmed the positive and significant effect of new reference groups in formation of citizenship ethics in Iran. The most effect was also achieved on the indicators of respect for others, responsibility and acceptance of criticism. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between citizen's morality and traffic behavior of citizens of Tehran 17th district. The research method was descriptive and information-gathering method. The statistical population of the study consisted of citizens aged 18 years old (18 to 59 years old) residing in district 17 of Tehran municipality (having one driving record). The sample size was estimated at 384 people according to the Morgan table and a simple random sampling method was used to select the sample. The data collection tool was Salehi (2012), a social status questionnaire (31 items) and a researcher-made traffic behavior inventory questionnaire with 18 items in Likert's 5 degree range. The validity of both questionnaires was verified as formal and substantive. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated to be 0.81 and 0.84 through Cronbach's alpha, respectively. K-S and Pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a relationship between citizenship ethics (sense of altruism, responsibility, respect for the rights of others, order, and peaceful life) and the traffic behavior of citizens in the 17 district of Tehran. (Responding Author): rped_almizan@yahoo.com Today, with the intensification of the process of modernity and postmodernity, the production and growth of various technologies, followed by increasing changes in various areas of social, economic, cultural and .... Meanwhile, influential reference groups in the field of citizenship ethics have undergone important changes, including changes in their patterns, methods and values. The present study, with regard to this important issue and with the aim of "sociological explanation of the process of formation of new reference groups and their impact on the formation of citizenship ethics in Iran in the last three decades" in a qualitative way in the academic year 99-98 was implemented. The theoretical framework of the research was formed by combining the theories of "Durkheim, Parsons, Habermas, Giddens, Wallerstein, Merton and Saifullah's approach". Purposeful sampling was used and data were collected by interview technique and a semi-structured questionnaire. The study population was the professors of the two faculties of social sciences of Tehran Azad University and the center of science and research. The sample size was up to data saturation interview (21 people). Based on the findings, citizenship in Iran in the true sense was not formed and the situation of citizenship ethics in Iran was assessed as weak. Also, factors within the community, external factors, cyberspace and mass media have influenced the formation of new reference groups in the last three decades in Iran.         Citizenship ethics is a set of principles, criteria and norms that govern the behavior, relationships and social relations of citizens. Citizenship ethics as a social variable is associated with various factors, some of which can play an effective role in promoting citizens' ethics. One of the important factors is social capital and its dimensions. The present study was conducted to determine the relationship between citizenship ethics, social participation and trust among the citizens of Tabriz. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and a cross-sectional study in terms of time. The data collection method was correlational survey. The statistical population was the citizens of the third district of Tabriz municipality with 64,000 households. According to Morgan's table, the sample size was 330 people. Sampling was done by systematic random method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between citizenship ethics, social participation and trust among the citizens of the three municipalities of Tabriz. There was no significant difference in citizenship ethics according to the level of education and occupation of citizens. Due to the significant relationship between citizenship ethics and social participation and trust among citizens, it is necessary to establish social cohesion and mutual trust between members of society, strengthen democratic and more efficient institutions and make these institutions more accountable.         Nowadays, citizenship ethics is one of the necessities of life, and its realization in the individual and social life improves interpersonal relations. The present study aimed to design and to determine the effectiveness of citizenship ethics education in the improvement of altruism and prosocial behaviors in high school girl students. The study design was semi-experimental between groups. The study population was high school girl students in Ardebil city in the academic year 2021-2022. Using multistage cluster sampling method, 60 subjects were selected and were divided into experimental (n = 30) and control (n = 30) groups. The experimental group received citizenship ethics training for 15 sessions; however, the control group received no intervention. They were assessed by Social Problem Solving Questionnaire (Di Zorilla) and Social Behavior Questionnaire (California). Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance. Results showed that citizenship ethics training was effective in improving responsibility, commitment, and altruism (p.05). Hence, it can be concluded that citizenship ethics is a prerequisite for adapting to social change and sets the stage for prosocial behaviors so that individuals with citizenship ethics can improve social relationships and ensure psychological health.         Abstract: This research studies the effect of cultural values on citizenship ethics commitment in the dimensions (practical-value and attitude) among citizens aged 18-68 in Tehran; the main question of this research refers to these question; wether cultural values in (private-public) dimensions effect on Commitment to citizenship ethics in Tehran citizens or not. The method of this survey is survey and the sample size is obtained by random and cluster sampling. The statistical population is citizens aged 18-68 years old living in Tehran. Assumptions were analyzed using Pearson's empirical tests, regression and path analysis. The research results suggest that cultural values in the private realm are in conflict with indices of religiosity, respect for tradition, and the internalization of traditional values with commitment to citizenship ethics. And cultural values in the public domain, such as peace, social order, security, honesty, benevolence, education, and age, have a meaningful relationship with commitment to citizenship ethics.
