The present study was conducted on the effect of Likert behavioral styles on motivation at work. Behavioral questionnaires from Likert Shuffle et al. The research method used was applied, descriptive, correlational, and investigative. The population statistics for this study are 205 hospital staff, Ayatollah Golpayegani in Qom, and 134 people selected to select the Cochran formula. The results obtained that all styles of the behavior of the work ethic of employees. That is an authoritarian-exploitative style, an authoritarian-benevolent style, a consulting style, which is effective on the desire for work. In the participatory style, all the sub-hypotheses were confirmed, so the first main hypothesis, namely the management behavior styles on the work enthusiasm of the hospital staff, Ayatollah Golpayegani in Qom, confirmed. Because the effect of all styles is different. Therefore, the second Main hypothesis of the research is confirmed.
