        The semiology considers all the signs which are used in language and literary works. The main tool of literature is language and language is the united set of signs. The poet or writer deals with the language signs because of his/her usage of the language. This article tries to explore the semiology of mystique and mythological elements in Manṭiq-Al-Ṭayr by the analytical-descriptive method. The present research has concluded that Aṭṭār has used the birds as signs or mystique and mythological elements to express the concepts of mystique. The main important element is Simorgh which is used for the truth of the essence of God. Also, other birds are signs of the class of mystics Manuscript profile

        Besides Aristotle and Plato, Platinus is the most impressive Greek philosopher who had impact on the Islamic philosophers. He has been considered as the most important representative of neoplatonic school. This philosophic system, in the 13d century, because of excellent philosophical tenets reached its climax and spread to east and west of the world. The interaction of neoplatonic wisdom with Islamic philosophy and mysticism made the Islamic mystics use them in their teachings. The aim of this research is to illustrate the joint tenets of Plotinus with Attar's thoughts. The writer, in this paper tries with bringing several poetic evidences from the Asrar Nameh, as a part of research that Attar has pointed out to the subjects such as; unification, wisdom, soul, transformation of love, mystical demeanor , and the best system which are mostly brought in the writings of Plotinus. By studying the common points, the exact similarities of neo-plotonian's tenets with Attar's ideas were revealed. We have used descriptive – analytic method in accomplishing this paper.
