The purpose of the present study is to review the correlation between organizational learning and organizational entrepreneurship through work engagement among workers in the administration of sport and youth in Fars province. The statistical population under study consisted of 114 workers in the administration of sport and youth in Fars province among whom 90 members were chosen as the sample of study by total sampling. In terms of nature and purpose, this research was practical. For data collection, three questionnaires including Margaret Hill's Organizational Entrepreneurship (2013), Neefe's Organizational Learning (2001), and Schaufeli & Salanova's Work Engagement (2001) were used.  Using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the reliability of the questionnaires was calculated to be 0.926, 0.873, and 0.851 respectively which were all confirmed. The research method was practical, descriptive, and correlational. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson correlation, regression analysis, structural equations, and some software like SPSS and PLS. The results of Pearson's correlation showed that there is a significantly positive relation between organizational learning, work engagement, organizational entrepreneurship, and their components. Besides, the results of regression analysis revealed that learning culture form among organizational learning components and energy from among work engagement components have the highest power to predict organizational entrepreneurship. Furthermore, learning culture form among organizational learning components has the highest power to predict work engagement. Finally, the interdisciplinary role of work engagement in the relationship between organizational learning and entrepreneurship was confirmed.    Manuscript profile

The purpose of the present study is to determine the relationship between the creativity and power of the staff in the administration of sport and youth in the province of Qom. Statistical population of the research consisted of all 82 staff members in the administration of sport and youth in the province of Qom. Total population sampling was used so all the employees in the administration were chosen as the statistical population of the research. The measur1ement tools included some standard questionnaires including Rendsip’s creativity questionnaire (1979) and Spritzer empowerment questionnaire (1995). The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the experts and their reliability was also approved with reference to the studies mentioned in the methodology section. The creativity questionnaire consisted of 50 questions and the empowerment questionnaire contained 12 questions and 4 scales of meaningfulness, competency, freedom of choice, and effectiveness. For the analysis of the data, the descriptive and inferential statistics were used: standard deviation average for descriptive statistics and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Spearman correlation test, and Pearson correlation tests (0.05) for inferential statistics. For data analysis, SPSS.20 software was used and the results showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between creativity and empowerment features of the staff members of the administration of sport and youth (r: 0.24 p: 0.05). Also, a positive and significant correlation was observed between their creativity and competency (r: 0.23 p: 0.05).  However, there is no relation between creativity and the scales of meaningfulness (r: 0.21 p: 0.09), freedom of choice (r: 0.21 p: 0.08), and effectiveness (r: 0.14 p: 0.24). It seems that the managers by paying attention to the power and competency of the staff members, can foster their creativity and pave the ground for the development and betterment of the workplace.
