Although he did not have a deep philosophy in his poetry he outstripped Thomas Aquinas who lived in thirtieth century. This philosophy was one the most important ones in that era which the church had accepted it. Abu Mazi was completely pessimistic; although the life stream can destroy any thing in its way but the abovementioned poet could overcome it. The hometown was like a black paper which ignorance and cruelty could be seen everywhere.         A survey of Elia Abu Mazi’s poetry displays the developing process of the portrait of women in a historical perspective. This paper attempts to study the status of women in Abu Mazi’s poetry, using a descriptive and library method. Elia Abu Mazi documented various events in his poems including occupation, invitation to emigration, liberalism, social and political reformation, freedom of speech and action, the role of women and the national uprisings. Abu Mazi’s poetry mirrors the major events and the problems in the lives of people, and promotes freedom and justice. Abu Mazi never overlooked the status of women in his poetry. In Abu Mazi’s poems, a woman takes on different roles such as the imaginary lady, a spouse, mother and sister and the social woman. The results show that Abu Mazi piously viewed the women who are the means of happiness and certitude. Abu Mazi’s poetry implies that women lead human beings towards self-awareness and knowing God.         The contemplation poetry is nowdays considearbl as one of the important poetic schools especially in Arabic literature, which has lots of influence in modern Arabic literature. In this type of literature, the poet try to challenge thought via talent and elegance. Ilia Abu Mazi is one of the best representatives of contemplations poetry and the field of his thought and questions are very different and variable. In present investigation, we decide to reflect and manifest parts of thinking backgrounds and deliberations of the profound deep-sighting immigrant Ilia Abu Mazi. We try to focuse on one of the most important elegiace poem of Ilia Abu mazi (Talasem) in view of religious instructions in order to answer for his questions using Qoran. Manuscript profile
